Sheryl
The next morning I woke up with Krystel's arm around me. Aww she was so cute, I felt so bad telling her about Sam but I knew I had to. I lay there for a few minutes thinking about the night before. I was going over the conversation when I remembered we almost kissed. What was that all about? I'd been drunk before but had never tried to kiss a girl before. I think we were just drunk and emotional last night, I mean we didn't actually kiss so it was fine.
"Morning you," Krystel said sleepily.
I smiled at her, "Morning cutie, how'd you sleep?"
"Slept great, think the drink knocked me out, thank God," she laughed a little.
"Listen, about us nearly kissing last night, it's not gonna be awkward between us, is it?" I asked sitting up.
She looked at me smiling and sat up, "No way, it's not like we did anyway. I'm not looking forward to today at all, can I just stay here in your bed all day?" She sighed.
"Definitely, you're so cuddly! What are you gonna do about Sam?" I asked.
"Well, I'll have to see her, tell her it's over. If I tell her to meet me at the cafe on main street, will you come with me? I just mean wait nearby for me?"
"Yes, of course I will."
We both got out of bed and went downstairs for breakfast.
"So I'm going to head home get showered and changed then I'll call you?" She said.
"That's fine, do you want a lift home?" I asked, looking for my keys.
"No thanks, I enjoy the walk. I'll call you," she said heading for the door. We said goodbye then I went for a long shower and got changed, I picked out my ripped skinny jeans, knee high boots and my favourite white knitted jumper. I love it so much, even more so when I saw Eva Longoria in the same top! I did my make up and hair and went downstairs. Dad and Nat were getting ready to go to Nat's parents for dinner. I grabbed a drink then left to go to Krystel's.
When I got there, she was waiting outside. She always looked so nice, I thought. She was wearing light blue jeans and a cute white 80's off the shoulder top. She had her hair tied back loosely. She looked a little nervous, I can't blame her. I pulled into the drive and she got in the car.
"You always look so gorgeous Sheryl, how do you do that?" she smiled.
"Funny, I was just thinking the same about you," I said pulling out the drive.
"Oh whatever! I'm so nervous, she didn't say much in her text, just 'Ok I'll be there' and to think I was going to sleep with her tonight, and mostly because I felt guilty. What was I thinking?"
I looked at her and smiled, "God knows what you were thinking even agreeing to go out with the girl in the first place."
"Cheeky," she laughed.
"I know, but she's not even got a nice personality." I parked the car up and we sat there for a minute in silence.
"Ok, wish me luck."
"You don't need luck babe, I'll be right here waiting for you, ok?" She looked at me, sighed, then got out the car and went into the cafe. I was sitting singing along to the radio and watching people when I noticed Paige and Angela across the road. They didn't look happy. They looked like they were having a serious discussion about something. I could not stand those two girls, they didn't bother Krystel as much now but they sometimes still made these odd lesbian comment when walking past her. I looked at the both of them. They had piles of make up on, it looked ridiculous honestly. I swear Angela's hands didn't match her face. I laughed to myself. I couldn't imagine Krystel ever being friends with these two. I looked inside the cafe but I couldn't see Sam nor Krystel, I hope she's ok. I felt very protective over Krystel. I got my phone out and sent my dad a quick text telling him I loved him. He text me back almost straight away
