I woke up the next morning with a thumping headache, probably due to all the alcohol. My lip felt a little weird and I honestly didn't feel up to getting out of bed. Turning around to see Sheryl, she was already awake and just staring at the ceiling. When she noticed I was awake she lay on her side and faced me.

"Morning beautiful, how are you feeling?" She asked, giving me a sympathetic smile.

"Ugh, my head is pounding"

"Is your lip sore? You have a little cut on it"

"It feels a little weird but not too sore. Kiss me and we will find out" I smiled sleepily.

Sheryl hesitated for a second before leaning over and giving me the softest kiss. "Did that hurt?" She asked, looking a little worried.

"Well it couldn't if been that bad if I want you to do it again" I smirked.

She smiled and kissed me again, I felt her hand on my waist. Slowly moving up my tummy, under my tank top. Her hand managed to find it's way to my boob and she started massaging it gently. I pushed myself up so I could get on top of her, she looked so hot and it really didn't take much for her to turn me on.

"Ouch.. Jesus" I complained and lay back down.

"What's wrong?"

"My head hurts too much, sorry" I let out a little laugh. "It's fine if I just stay still"

"Well you stay still.. No need for you to move" she smirked. She grabbed my hands and placed them above my head, holding them in place. Now on top of me she started kissing my neck whilst her free hand roamed my body. I still couldn't believe that another person was capable of making me feel so good, closing my eyes I moaned quietly and let myself enjoy the moment.

Almost two months had passed and I hadn't heard anything from my mum, in fact, I was pretty damn sure she was ignoring me. I'd called, texted and even gone round there, but nothing. Dad tried to reassure me that everything was fine and mum was probably just busy, but I had a bad feeling, I knew there was more to it than that and I deserved an answer! After all, I was kind enough to let her back into my life and give her a second chance.

"You've been sitting there staring at your phone for about half an hour, honey. What's up? Still not heard from your mum?" I glanced up and seen Nat walking over, she sat down next me and gently took the phone from my hand and sat it on the table.

"Do you know what annoys me the most Nat?" I sighed. "I'm not a bad daughter, well, I don't think I am anyway. Why does she prefer Lori to me?"

Nat leaned back into the couch and put her arm around me, beckoning me towards her. I rested my head on her shoulder. " you're not a bad daughter at all. I honestly don't know why you haven't heard from your mum, I'm hoping there's a good reason for it" she rubbed my arm gently. Nat was very good at comforting people and making them feel better. "You know, if I could pick anyone in this world to be my daughter - I'd chose you. I honestly mean that"

"That's such a sweet thing to say Nat" I said quietly, trying to hold back a few tears that I felt creeping up on me. "I love you".
