Warning⚠.
3rd person pov:
The Soviet household was shrouded in an eerie silence as Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania prepared to leave. The grand halls, once filled with the sounds of familial interaction and unity, were now cold and empty. The soviet flags of Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania, were being lowered for the last time. These symbols of their independence were a stark reminder of the disintegration of what had once been a unified Soviet state.
Russia stood at a distance, his eyes following the departing figures. His heart ached as he watched the siblings he had nurtured and cared for since their infancy. The emotional weight of their departure was heavy; these were not just political entities to him, but beloved siblings whose absence felt like a personal betrayal.
As the departure unfolded, Soviet’s frustration was palpable. His temper, already frayed by the unraveling of his empire, was directed with increasing cruelty towards Russia. The physical abuse Russia endured was harsh and unrelenting. Soviet’s wrath was expressed through violent outbursts and cruel punishments.
In the privacy of their home, Soviet’s anger erupted violently. He would lash out at Russia with an intensity that left marks both physical and emotional. On this day, with some other siblings leaving, Soviet's fury reached a new level.
“Do you see what you’ve caused?” Soviet roared, grabbing Russia by the collar and throwing him against the wall. “They’re all leaving, and it’s your fault!”
Russia’s body slammed against the wall with a painful thud. He winced as Soviet’s massive hands gripped his shoulders, shaking him roughly. Each movement was deliberate, meant to inflict maximum pain. Soviet’s anger manifested in every slap, every shove, and every cruel word.
Soviet’s abuse extended beyond physical violence. His verbal assaults were equally brutal. “You were supposed to keep them in line! But look at them now, abandoning us!”
With each blow, Russia’s mind raced with thoughts of his departing siblings. They were like children to him, ones he had cared for and protected. Their departure felt like a profound personal loss, compounded by Soviet’s relentless cruelty.
Russia’s perspective during this tumultuous time was filled with sorrow and self-blame. The first departure of Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania was a profound emotional blow, then the next ones. They had been his responsibility, his charge, and watching them leave was like watching a piece of himself being torn away.
He remembered their laughter, their growth, and the times he had comforted them. Each departure was a reminder of his own failures. As he lay on the floor, nursing the pain from Soviet’s latest outburst, his thoughts lingered on the triplets and the others.
'They were like my own' Russia thought, his heart heavy with grief. 'I watched them grow up. How can they just leave like this?'
The emotional toll of their departure was compounded by the physical pain. Each bruise and cut inflicted by Soviet was a constant reminder of his own helplessness. The sense of betrayal was profound, both from his siblings and from his father.
