Time skip to another meeting.

3rd person pov:

The grand hall of the United Nations was filled with murmurs as various nations took their seats. The atmosphere was tense, and the air seemed charged with unresolved issues. Russia sat at his place, wearing his ushanka and leaving his right eye uncovered, revealing the faint scar that ran across it. He glanced around the room, his eyes lingering on America, who was already glaring at him.

The meeting commenced, and the discussions quickly turned heated. The topic was a sensitive one, and it wasn't long before America directed his anger at Russia.

"You always screw things up, Russia! You're nothing but a damn nuisance!" America shouted, his voice echoing through the room.

Russia clenched his fists, trying to keep his composure. "I am trying to work with everyone here, unlike you, who only knows how to make threats!"

"Don't act all innocent! You're just a lying bastard!" America retorted, the venom in his words palpable.

Russia's patience snapped. "And you're nothing but an arrogant fool who thinks the world revolves around you!"

The argument escalated, their voices rising above the other delegates' attempts to restore order. UN, visibly frustrated, stood up and walked over to the feuding nations.

"Enough!" UN's voice boomed, cutting through the clamor. "You two are behaving like children."

He grabbed America's hand, much to America's surprise, and dragged him over to Russia. With a swift motion, UN produced a pair of special cuffs and locked their hands together.

"You will stay like this until you learn to work together," UN declared, his tone leaving no room for argument.

Russia's heart sank. The thought of being bound to America was almost unbearable. America, on the other hand, looked outraged.

"This is ridiculous!" America shouted. "You can't do this!"

UN remained calm. "I can and I will. You'll stay cuffed together for two weeks. "

America's anger turned into rage. "You can't keep us like this!"

UN was unmoved. "My decision is final. The maximum length of the cuffs is three meters."

America looked confused. "Three meters? How long is that?"

The other countries stared at him in disbelief. Russia, feeling a mix of irritation and pity, explained, "It's about ten feet, America."

America's face turned red with embarrassment and frustration. Without another word, he yanked Russia along and stormed out of the meeting room, pulling Russia with him. Russia stumbled, struggling to keep up with America's furious pace.

China watched them leave with a heavy heart, feeling a deep sense of sadness for Russia's predicament.

As they reached the parking lot, America shoved Russia towards his red Corvette. "Get in," he ordered harshly.

Russia obeyed silently, his mind racing with anxiety. America slammed the car door shut and sped off, the cuffs clinking slightly with every turn of the steering wheel.

The ride was tense and silent. Russia glanced at America occasionally, trying to gauge his mood. America kept his eyes on the road, his jaw clenched in anger.

When they finally arrived at America's place, he yanked Russia out of the car and dragged him inside. "We're stuck together, so you'd better not make this any harder than it already is," America growled.

Russia nodded quietly, feeling a deep sense of dread. The next two weeks were going to be a test of his patience and resilience.

Russia sat on the edge of the bed in America's guest room, feeling the weight of the cuffs that bound them together. He took a deep breath and dialed Belarus's number, hoping for some comfort in this bizarre situation.

"Hello, Belarus?" Russia said softly, trying to keep his voice steady.

"Big brother, what's going on?" Belarus's concerned voice came through the phone.

"I... I'm stuck with America. We're cuffed together for two weeks ," Russia explained, his voice trembling slightly. "Can you please take care of my cats? I don't want them to be alone."

"Of course, I'll take care of them. Are you okay?" Belarus asked, worry evident in his tone.

"I'll manage," Russia replied, glancing at America, who was rolling his eyes impatiently.

As soon as Russia ended the call, America yanked him to his bedroom, pulling him along with little regard for his comfort. Russia stumbled slightly, his heart pounding with anxiety.

Once in the bedroom, America began changing his clothes, stripping off his shirt and pants without any hesitation. Russia stood there, feeling awkward and unsure of what to do.

America noticed Russia standing there and gave him a confused look. "What's wrong with you?" he asked.

"I... I don't have any clothes to change into," Russia said hesitantly.

America smirked, clearly enjoying the situation. He rummaged through his dresser and pulled out the smallest t-shirt he had, which was still too big for Russia, and a pair of shorts.

"Here, put these on," America said, tossing the clothes at Russia.

Russia caught the clothes and sighed, realizing the t-shirt was way too big for him. He went to the bathroom to change, feeling a mix of embarrassment and resignation. The t-shirt hung loosely on his frame, and the shorts were also too big, but he made do with what he had.

When Russia emerged from the bathroom, America took one look at him and smirked widely. "You look ridiculous," he said, clearly amused.

Russia's dread deepened, but he tried to maintain his composure. "Can we just get through this without making it harder than it already is?" he asked quietly.

America chuckled, the smirk never leaving his face. "We'll see about that," he said, his tone teasing and slightly menacing.

The tension between them was palpable, and Russia couldn't help but feel a deep sense of dread about the days ahead. The cuffs that bound them were more than just a physical constraint; they were a symbol of the power struggle and animosity that existed between them. As they settled in for the night, Russia's mind raced with thoughts of how he would survive this ordeal.
