Chapter 25: Motel shenanigans + update Gabellie wall

It has been a peaceful time at the motel. When Gabby came to the motel everything was better, that is what Ellie thought. Gabby and Ellie both spent a lot of time together while in the motel. Ellie also kind of befriended Grett, because it was forced by Gabby. Ellie and Grett don't mind each other at all, but it does feel awkward when Gabby is talking and the two just stand there. Gabby is happy that Ellie and Grett are on better terms now.

It was a peaceful morning, if you count out that both Fiore and Hunter were fighting again as usual. ''AHHH HELP A DEMON CHILD IS ATTACKING ME WITH CRAYONS'', Hunter cried out as he ran through the halls. After the loud running noises you could hear little and not as loud footsteps in the halls. Because of the screaming in the halls Ellie woke up and as she woke up she rubbed her head. ''Fuck not this again'', Ellie said. Ellie sat up in her bed and rubbed her eyes. Beside her Gabby was still sleeping peacefully, not awaken by the sudden noises. She must have been so tired that she is this heavy asleep. Ellie stood up from bed to get a coffee because she desperately needed one. Before she left Ellie quietly had planted a kiss on Gabby's head. After that she walked quietly so she wouldn't wake the sleeping Gabby. Ellie quietly opened the door of the room and headed into the halls. The halls looked like your average shitty hotel halls, boring like.

''Ellie please save me from this wretched child'', Hunter pleaded with his life. ''If I help you, would y'all shut the fuck up. Gabby is still sleeping and I don't want her to wake up because of you two'', Ellie whispered. ''Alright, I'm sorry I am going to shut up then but please help'', Hunter whispered. When Hunter agreed with Ellie, Ellie went over to Fiore that was overhearing Hunter and Ellie talking. ''Fiore can you please stop chasing Hunter'', Ellie asked as she looked at the little girl. ''But he is such a wuss'', Fiore said. ''I don't care Fiore. My girlfriend is trying to sleep, but if you all keep on screaming in the halls she will wake up'', Ellie said trying to commune with Fiore. ''Ugh'', Fiore sighed. ''Go play with Alec or whatever'', Ellie said. ''But he doesn't react like Hunter when I chase him around with crayons'', Fiore said. ''Just go'', Ellie said as she took the little girl to Alec. As they both reached the cafeteria they saw Alec sitting alone reading a newspaper. ''Here's your daughter, she's been annoying Hunter with crayons so she's your problem now'', Ellie said as she left Fiore with Alec. ''I can finally get my much needed coffee'', Ellie thought to herself as she walked over to the coffee machine.

Ellie had taken the mug and brought it with her to her room. As she entered the room she could hear Gabby say, ''There you are. I was starting to worry a bit about you''. ''When were you awake?'', Ellie asked as she went over to the bed and had put her mug on the nightstand. ''When I didn't saw you next to me. I did hear your conversations in the hall'', Gabby said as she yawned. ''I'm sorry Gabs, but good morning'', Ellie said as she leaned in closer to plant a kiss on Gabby's forehead. ''It's alright'', Gabby said as she cupped Ellie's cheeks. Then suddenly Gabby dragged Ellie onto the bed and made herself comfortable by hugging and laying on Ellie's chest. ''What did you bring from the cafeteria?'', Gabby asked as she dug her head into Ellie's shoulder. ''Coffee, I really needed it'', Ellie said as she patted on Gabby's head. ''Coffee is too bitter for me'', Gabby said. ''I know, but let's go have breakfast before it's all gone'', Ellie said as she gently pushed Gabby off her. ''Good idea'', Gabby said as she stood up from bed still dressed in her pyjama's. Ellie also stood up from the bed and took Gabby's hand and then headed towards the cafeteria.

The two seated at a table and after that they decided to go to the breakfast buffet that was in the cafeteria. After some time the two once again seated at their table, but now with food. ''It's still a bit annoying that they serve meat at the buffet, poor animals had to die for that!'', Gabby said as she was mad at the buffet. ''Gabs, that's normal but don't let that get to you'', Ellie comforted the fuming Gabby. Suddenly a dark brown-haired girl stood next to the couple's table. ''Is it okay for me to sit here?'', a voice said with a British accent. ''Of course Grett!'', Gabby said as Grett sat with the couple. ''So how's the motel, since you are pretty new here'', Gabby said as she ate some of her food. ''Good and bad, it's just as gross as to in season 1. But this place is better with friends'', Grett said. Ellie just said nothing the whole time when Grett and Gabby were talking. Ellie was happy that Gabby found more friends in this season. Even though Ellie firstly had some jealous thoughts, but Gabby and Ellie both worked it through and in conclusion Ellie didn't have to feel jealous anymore. When Ellie finished her food she said to Gabby and Grett, ''I'm already done, so I'm going to hot a warm shower. You two can talk without me, right?''. ''You're already done?!?'', Gabby said as she looked in shock. ''Yeah, is there something wrong with that?'', Ellie said. ''No it's just that I haven't really started eating yet'', Gabby said as she snickered. ''So can I go or not?'', Ellie asked. ''Yes, but first-'', Gabby said as she pressed a kiss onto Ellie's cheek. ''Okay, see you later babe'', Ellie said as she walked towards the halls.
