♫I know it's been too long

I've been on the road too much

Had to get back to ya, back to you

Can't even play it cool

Thinkin' of all them nights I would've rather been with you

Tonight, I wanna have some good fun tonight

I wanna get into something tonight

I just wanna make up for lost time♫

"Tonight" by Summer Walker was playing softly in the background while I was getting ready for the day. I could feel the excitement bubbling up inside me because today was all about hitting the mall to find the perfect outfits for Zayvior's homeboy's club opening. We had to make sure we looked on point, and you know we had to show up and show out.

I grabbed my setting spray and gave my face a few spritzes to lock in the makeup. Everything was looking fresh—just the right amount of glam without going overboard. I glanced in the mirror, making sure my eyeliner was sharp and my highlighter was popping. Next up was my hair. I plugged in my straightener and let it heat up while I threw on a quick coat of lip gloss.

Once my hair was perfectly straight, I picked out my outfit. I went with a tight bodycon dress that hugged my curves just right, paired with a denim jacket for that casual vibe, and slid into my comfy crocs. It was the perfect mix of chill and stylish, exactly what I needed for today.

I made my way downstairs, where the smell of my mom's cooking wafted through the house. But I didn't have time to linger—I had to get to my Hellcat. I unlocked the garage with a quick beep and admired the sleek black paint of my ride. Hopping in, I started the engine, and it roared to life.

I connected my phone to the aux and hit play on my playlist. "Bussin" by Nicki Minaj and Lil Baby started blasting through the speakers, and I turned up the volume, letting the bass drop as I pulled out of the garage.

First stop: Cimani's house. She always took a bit longer to get ready, so I figured it was best to pick her up first. The sun was shining, and the city was alive as I drove through the streets, my music vibrating the car. I pulled up in front of her place, honking twice before texting her.

I'm outside, hurry up

A minute later, Cimani appeared, stepping out with a confident stride. She was rocking a fitted tracksuit and fresh white Air Forces, her hair styled in a sleek ponytail. She hopped into the passenger seat with a smile.
