A Queen's Splendor
Draupadi stood before the mirror, adjusting the intricate jewelry that adorned her. She had chosen a golden lehenga, shimmering in the light, paired with diamond bangles that caught the eye with every movement. A delicate gold necklace draped down her neck, resting just above her stomach, adding to her regal appearance. Her nethichutti, adorned with precious stones, rested elegantly on her forehead, while a Lakshmi pendant waist chain with peacock designs hugged her hips.
She was preparing to attend the Raja Sabha, her presence as the queen of Indraprastha and the entire Suryavansham radiating from every piece of jewelry she wore.
The Pandavas entered the chamber, their eyes immediately drawn to Draupadi. They couldn't help but tease her, their playful smiles revealing the deep affection they felt for her.
"Ah, the queen of the whole Suryavansham, Kampalyam, and Indraprastha," Bheema teased, his voice filled with admiration. "One necklace until her stomach end—are you sure that's enough? You seem to be missing a few more layers of gold!"
Arjuna chuckled, adding, "You might blind the entire Raja Sabha with all that shine. Should we ask them to dim the lights?"
Nakula and Sahadeva exchanged amused glances, nodding in agreement. "Indeed, our queen is surrounded by wealth from every side. How fortunate we are!"
Draupadi, listening to their banter, smiled mischievously. "Don't worry, I'll throw all these jewels away after I return from the Raja Sabha. I might as well swim in gold at this point."
The Pandavas laughed, their hearts lightened by Draupadi's playful response. They continued teasing her, showering her with compliments and playful remarks as they escorted her to the Raja Sabha.
Yudhishthira, with a gentle smile, said, "You may be surrounded by wealth, Draupadi, but none of it compares to the wealth of love and strength you bring to us."
Draupadi, feeling their warmth and affection, simply smiled, knowing that their bond was the true treasure that she cherished above all.
