Ch85 Christmas in Europe pt2

Nikki- I couldn't believe my luck. My foot was killing me but I
still had to laugh at all of this. When she freaked, I got so
embarrassed because she freaked the guys out. I fell asleep until
Joe Elliot woke me up. I looked at him and he sat there chewing some
gum. "We're getting ready to land in London. Thought I'd let you
know. Oh and she asked for the new CD. Wanted to ask before I gave
it to her. It's not finished yet, but I can hook you up with
something."

"That's cool but we're going to Pairs."

"Really. Very romantic but you have to switch planes here in London.
Trust me I know all this. Check your flight planes. Here's what we
got so far."

"Thanks, oh cool you all signed it. Oh, she'll love that." He winked at
me and I felt the plane land. She was out of it because I gave her
some sleeping pills to chill her out. I signed and looked at our
tickets. "Uh miss is there a way we can stay on this flight to
Pairs?"

The flight attended look at me and looked at our tickets. "Nope you
have to switch sorry."

"Damn if I was uh never mind." I got up and got our carry on
bags. "Honey come on we have to switch planes."

She woke up groggy. "Huh what?"

"We got to get on another flight to Pairs." She looked at me.

"Can't we stay wherever we are? Where are we anyway?"

"London baby." She smiled at me a little.

"Nikki please can we just stay in London for the night? It Christmas
Eve. I don't see how you do this. I hate traveling on Christmas."

"I know baby, but this was our son's gift to us but your right we'll
stay the night in London. I'll change the tickets out. We have a
month to enjoy all of Europe. Come on. I know you're tired and that's
my fault."

She got up and I held her hand so we could get off the plane. "Mm I
heard Def Leppard got in the world Guinness book of records." She
said and I always notice how she something rambles about little
information to me about bands almost like she's trying to challenge
me or something.

"Really what was if for having a one arm drummer?" She smacked me as
we got to the ticket counter and I laughed. "Ow. Our son gave us
these tickets for a trip and there's no dates on them so we can get
on any plane at any time, right?" The guy took the tickets and looked
them over.

"It was for playing on three continents in a 24-hour period of
time." I looked at Beth odd not having a clue as to what she was
talking about.

"Honey what the hell are you rambling?"

"Def Leppard got in the Guinness book of records for playing three
concerts on three continents in 24 hours."

"How the hell did they manage that one?"

"Simple mate. We started out at midnight in a cave in Morocco, then
flew to London for a midday show and ended it in Vancouver at 9:30
pm. Kind of cool eh? So put it all together and you have 5,845 miles
in one day." Joe said coming up to us as he put his arm around
Beth. "Nikki, can I borrow your wife a second?" She looked at me
holding my hand tight.

"No, you may not. Whatever you have to say you can say it in front
of me. We have no secrets from each other." I said pulling her close
to me.

"Um ok. I just was wondering how did you know any of our new stuff
when we haven't really finished recording yet?"

"Oh that. I believe I heard a few singles from um bootlegs. Yeah
someone had one." Joe and I both looked at her.

"Baby it's rude to lie. Now you tell the truth missy."

"Um ok. Sav gave a copy of breathe a sigh and work it out to Tina but
I swear I only talked to her once and she said she was sorry. I
haven't talked to her since. She was so excited that her and Sav
were talking again and she wanted me to hear what he sent her." Beth
said sort of crying and she put her head on my chest a bit head
butting me. "Oh Nikki, Nikki I'm so sorry but Tina was the only
female other than Heather I ever trusted. She was taken advantage by
me a little and she didn't mean for Storm to hear her talking that
day but she said Stormy kept ease dropping on all of our
conversations and technically she was covering for my ass because
Stormy overheard me and you and I slipped by telling her....." She
just broke down crying. "I told her about guys having balls. It's all
my fault. Oh god his, his sickness is seeping into me because I
think our son is good looking. I'm becoming my father." She took off
running.

"I'm sorry. I had no idea." Joe said.

"Don't be. Um so what's up with the tickets?" I said.

"There's no date on them sir." The guy said.

"Thank you. Uh." I took off to the bathroom knowing that was where
she went to. I opened the door and checked to see if anyone else was
in there. I locked the door and Beth was on the floor sobbing. I put
the bags down and got down on the floor "Baby you're not turning into
your father. I was a little hard on Tina and maybe we were using
here a little too much. Decker has my looks so it's only natural to
think he's good looking. He has grown up to be a fine looking young
man and he's learned a lot from us. Listen what your dad did was
horrible and you are nothing like him." I took her hands off her
face.

"How do you know? Your never home. You don't know if I touched him
or whatever."

"I know because I know you inside and out. I know you would never do
anything like that. Do you remember how the fourth of July in 88 and
you begged me not to have the sex talk with him till he was 15?" She
shock her head yes. "Well, that's another reason I know you would
never do anything like that. Baby I know you so well and I know deep
down in my soul that you would never be like your father."

"I love you so much Nikki. Sometimes you know me better then I know
myself but I did walk in on Decker and he was spanking the monkey."
I laughed and kissed her pulling her to me.

"I haven't heard that phase in a long time. Was he embarrassed?"

"We both were."

"You see I bet you walked away grossed out?"

"Yeah."

"Oh, you come here." I pulled her closer to me. I held her a
little. "Was it me or did all of the members of Def Leppard cut
their hair off? I tell you baby if I ever cut my hair past my neck
line shot me."

She laughed and hit me in the arm. "I want to call the kids and wish
them a merry Christmas." I looked at my watch to see it was 11 am
California time. I never set my watch because it throws me off.

"Ok come on let's hope there's a hotel we can stay at for the night."
It was about 11 or 12 pm in London's time. We came out of the bathroom.

"I think Decker booked some hotels on there." I checked the tickets
and Joe Elliot came up to us.

"I've just been informed there's no vacancies at the hotels here. I
um well I kept Stephen's old flat in case I ever got stuck out here
or his family wanted it. You're welcomed to stay there. It has plenty
of room and its Christmas and it beats staying here the night. You
can even use the phone free of charge. I have satellite and I won't
bother you."

"Oh, that's ok. Our son booked us a hotel room at the plaza. Thanks
for the offer. Come on baby let's get a cab." I pulled her close to
me and we went to leave but Joe said,

"Are you afraid to stay there because that's where he died at?" Beth
turned around to face him.

"Yes."

"We've seen ourshare of ghost Mr. Elliot and I rather not see
anymore or put my wife through seeing anymore. I told you we have a
hotel room. Good-night Mr. Elliot." We left and Beth fell asleep on
my lap in the cab ride to the hotel. Once we got there, I carried her
in and the bell boy carried our bags in which thankfully was on two
suitcases. The clerk seen us and we didn't have to say a word. He
see we were still dressed in the clothes we renewed our vows
in. "You Mr. and Mrs. O'Connor?"

I just shook my head fingering that was an alias name for us. He
handed me the keys to the honeymoon suite. I carried her up and
thank god we had someone to carry our bag up. I laid her on the bed
and she was out cold. I felt her head and sighed a little. I called
the kids and wished them all a merry Christmas. I spent 2 hours
listing to Stormy tell me how the day went and we went back and
fourth saying 'love you, miss you.'

When she finally gave Decker the phone he said "Uncle T-bone called
looking for you. I didn't know what to tell him, so I told him you
were busy."

"I'll call him later. Look whatever you do unless he's dying or hurt
do don't give out information about where we are ok?"

"Ok. Seen Tonya and we made up, but we are taken things slowly this
time."

"That's cool honey. I'm going to go. I'm kind of tired." I hung up
and curled up to Beth. "Merry Christmas baby."

"I love you." She whispered softly. I kissed her and fell asleep. We
didn't even take our clothes off just fell asleep the way we were. I
woke up and just had to make out with her. I untied her dress and
started kissing her all over softly. "Mm Nikki." I got up and took my
clothes off. She went to sit up, but I pushed her back down taking a
pair of hand cuffs out of the bag. I put her hands above her and
made her get comfortable. I cuffed them together and then to the bed
post. "Mm someone's horny this morning."

"You bet your ass they are. I've always wanted to do this to you on
Christmas morning but couldn't because of the kids. Do you trust me?"

"Yes." I made her lift her head up and I blindfolded her.

"Convey." She moved a little

"Yeah."

"Good can you see anything?" I made a face and took the dagger out I
brought with me.

"No. What you doing?"

"Good. I'm going to owe you a new dress baby. I'm sorry." I ripped
the top of it opened with the dagger and took a breast in my mouth.
I sucked on it creasing it and started running the blade around on
her body. "Do you trust me completely?" I said softly in her ear as
my hand went up her dress with the knife.

"I'd trust you with my life."

"Frank."

"Oh, baby you're so beautiful. Do you fell what I'm doing to you? Do

"Yes. Uh don't torcher me Frankie." I worked my way down her body
with my lips and the knife. I got to her thighs with the knife.

how much sleep I got or what time it was. To me we had all the time
in the world to be ourselves. That early Christmas morning in London
