Jennie's POV:

Our room was spacious and elegant, a perfect retreat after our flight. We settled in quickly, eager for some rest. Once we’d both had a chance to nap and freshen up, I suggested we head out to explore the city. There was something exciting about wandering through a new place, and I was looking forward to experiencing it with Lisa.

As we prepared to leave, I turned to Lisa with a smile. "Why don’t you explore a bit on your own? I’ll be in meetings tomorrow, and you might get bored just hanging around the hotel."

Lisa shook her head firmly. "No way. I’m coming with you. I’d rather be with you and see the city together. I’ll just behave myself and find a nice café or something while you’re in your meeting."

I laughed, touched by her insistence. "Well, if you’re sure. It’ll be nice to have you around."

"Definitely."Lisa said, pulling on her jacket. "I’ve been looking forward to this trip and spending time with you. Besides, I’ll make sure to enjoy in my own way while you’re busy."

We stepped out of the hotel into the crisp evening air, the city lights starting to twinkle as the sun set. The streets were lively, filled with a mix of locals and tourists. We strolled hand in hand, soaking in the sights and sounds.

I couldn’t help but enjoy every moment with Lisa by my side. We explored quaint shops, admired street performers, and stopped for a cosy dinner at a charming bistro. Even as we walked, Lisa’s presence made everything feel special, and I knew the trip was going to be memorable.

The next morning, I made my way to the client meeting, feeling of excitement and focus. This was one of our biggest clients, and I was eager to discuss the design proposal for the five condo units they owned. These units were intended for rental purposes, so the design needed to be both stylish and practical.

Lisa accompanied me as she insisted she would. As we entered the meeting room, I noticed her giving me a reassuring smile before she quietly took a seat at a separate table nearby. It was comforting to have her there, even if she wasn’t directly involved in the meeting.

I greeted my client with a warm smile, and we exchanged pleasantries before diving into the discussion. We sat across from each other, the polished table between us reflecting the sleek, modern atmosphere of the room.

"So, Jennie,"my client began.

"We’re really excited to see what you’ve come up with. These units need to stand out in a competitive market, but they also have to be functional for long-term tenants."

"Absolutely," I responded, nodding as I handed over the proposal.

"I’ve focused on creating a design that blends modern aesthetics with practical features. Each unit has its unique character, but they all maintain a cohesive look that aligns with your brand’s image."
