Ignoring Jeremiah is surprisingly easy. I'm not even that mad anymore, I honestly find it funny how intimidated he's been all day.

"So you're just not gon' speak to me no more?" I heard his voice from behind me.

spoke entirely too soon.

I looked through the mirror and saw him staring at me with a clear intention.

I shared eye contact with him for a moment before shrugging and going back to what I was doing.

"Angelo, come on, you know I didn't mean it." He groaned while making his way behind me. We were almost touching but he kept a space in between us.

He softly put his hands in my shoulder-sending chills down my spine.

"you know you can't stay mad at me forever, right?" He low-voiced in my ear.

"yes i can." I rebutted in the same tone.

"can you?" He quickly brought his grip down to my waist.

"why are you doing that?" I turned around and looked at him, his hands never leaving that spot.

"doing what? i'm just making sure you can hear me," He grinned.

"Stop touching me." I demanded while trying to pry his hands off of me.

"talk to me and I will," His grip loosened. I thought for a moment and drawled in defeat.

"speak." I rolled my eyes at him then turned back around in the mirror.

"I'm sorry about what I said, I know you don't like me in any way above friends." He apologized, "I respect who you are and I know it made you uncomfortable." He continued.

weak ass apology.

"all is forgiven," A smile forced its way onto my face.

"Finally, does that mean we're back on speaking terms?" He further questioned.

"sure," I rolled my eyes playfully with him, "we are,"

His eyes danced in glee at that fact, I could physically see the excitement run through his veins at my convivial words.

"You getting ready for Jolece's lil shit tonight?" He smoothly changed the subject.

I nodded my head with a smile and turned back to look at him, "I'm riding with Luca-"

"I was actually gonna take you." He told me. The way he said it threw me off, you'd think he would say it as if it's a question, but instead made it seem like a made up decision that wasn't up for debate.
