24. Visiting Dwargon

                              Sasha's POV

It's so dark. How long has it been since I've been able to see anything? I know that people have been touching and taking care of me. I just wish I could talk to them or something. I still don't know why this happened to me. Father must have known this would happen so why didn't he tell me? After what felt like a long dream I was finally able to see and move again. I jumped around in joy after I realized I finally could. After my short moment of joy I noticed someone I didn't recognize. A taller goblin girl that looked familiar, that's when I remembered. Father told me that after a monster is named it becomes stronger and can even evolve.

Sasha- "Who are you? You have changed so much since I feel asleep. At least I think I did."

Gobillinia- "I'm Gobillinia, that's the name you gave me my master. I've been taking care of you as you slept as your father said. You also woke up just like he said you would."

So father did know this would happen. I should go to him and ask why he didn't tell me about just how drastic the changes in the goblins would be. They look like completely different people now. I wonder how the direwolves changed?

Sasha- "Where is my father now?"

Gobillinia- "He has just returned with some new allies and friends. He is just outside introducing them to everyone now."

Sasha- "I see, let's go then."

After that I went outside but I wasn't expecting to see what I did when I stepped outside that door.

Rimuru- "A Sasha are you awake finally. As you can see a lot has happened while you were asleep."

Sasha- "Why are there dragons here dad!"

Rimuru- "They are apart of our village now Sasha. They have agreed to join us in our trip to Dwargon and help protect our village too."

I looked at the dragons and the fire dragon looked like he had been beaten up recently. I guess dad just forced them to join us. He must really be worried about my safety or something to get dragons as just guards. Just how strong is dad to think that dragons are only good as guards?

Sasha- "Aren't you going a little overboard on our guards dad? Aren't dragons considered the strongest species in most stories?"

Rimuru- "They are high on the totem pole in this world but they are no true dragon or demon lord. So they are best as guards for the place we are going. It's unlikely we will be in danger but I'll never let my guard down in your protection or my peoples."

I could see everyone else starting to shed tears of joy around me. I guess dad really does take my safety as his highest priority. It makes me happy that he does since it has never happened to me really before. I think I might cry.

Rimuru- "Why are you tearing up for Sasha? Is something wrong."

Sasha- "Waaaaaaaa. Bhank yuuu Pa. Waaaaaa."

Rimuru- "Hey come here it's ok you'll be fine." He says as he hugs me.

After a little while of trying to calm myself down I finally remembered my original question for him.

Sasha- "Papa, why didn't you tell me I'd fall asleep for a while after naming everyone?"

Rimuru- "It was so you could feel what it's like to name someone and know your limits when naming individuals in the future. It will also make it so you know the feeling of having your magicules drained and allow you to pace yourself in the future. Also so you know in the future, naming stronger creatures uses more energy than weaker ones."
