53. Vs. a Weaklings Army pt. 2

Shuna's POV

We have finally arrived at the outer area of Clayman's castle. Soon we will be fully near the boarder area. It took a little while to get here but we managed it. With me are Hakuro, Souie, and Fluffy as his friends call him. He likes to tell stories and must are entertaining to hear. But when it's time to be serious he will be. Eventually as we were talking with each other we noticed some was wrong. The area we were in was changing to what we saw before and it felt like we were going in circles.

Shuna- "It looks like we have fallen into the enemy's trap."

Souie- "Indeed. This fog is blocking my magic sense along with my actual physical senses. We should assume that we have been discovered and stay on guard."

Fluffy- "Don't ever assume. It makes an ass out of you and me. Ha ha."

Shuna- "This is no time for jokes Fluffy."

Fluffy- " Ah sorry, but I believe they will simply come to us eventually. I'd recommend just waiting so we don't waste any more of our strength and stamina. Rimuru said the guy we'd be fighting is undead after all."

Hakuro- "I agree."

After we all agreed we stopped moving and waited for the undead to show up. Eventually they did appear all around us as the fog lifted.

Adalman- "I see you noticed the trap you fell into. Smart of you to wait since it would have been possible to separate you all from each other, if you continued to move around."

Fluffy- "Well would you look at this guy. He must have been hollowed out by Clayman long ago. Guess we could win him over by feeding him something. Holy magic maybe?"

Shuna- "Fluffy!"

Fluffy- "Alright I get it. Still I doubt he can use holy magic any more."

Adalman- "What makes you say that?"

Fluffy- "The fact that you are still affected by the curse Clayman placed on you. If you did have the ability to use holy magic you would have freed yourself long ago."

Adalman- "Indeed. But since I can't I'd ask you to leave this place as it is the home of demon lord Clayman. If you don't I'll be forced to kill you all."

Souie- "I'm afraid we can't do that since we have orders to take over that very castle."

Adalman- "How unfortunate. I guess I'll need to defeat you all then and add you to my army then."

After he said that Hakuro appeared behind him using his arts only for a undead swordsman to block his attack.

Hakuro- " So you still have the spirit of a swordsman inside of you do you. It's unfortunate that you can't fight of your own will however."

The undead nods in acknowledgement as they continue to cross blades nearby. Meanwhile Souie goes to attack Adalman as well but is stopped by the undead dragon nearby. Even though Souie did use his skill to kill the soul it still didn't work on the dragon.

Souie- "Is it immune to death then?"

Shuna- "No it's soul is inside of Adalman along with the swordsman. We must defeat him to win this battle."

Fluffy- "Is that so? Then I guess you want to fight him then?"

Shuna- "If you'd please let me."

Fluffy- "Fine. I'll stand by and let you all fight to your hearts content before I step in. Then I'll end this fight quickly if it seems a casualty is likely. For now I guess I'll listen to some music on file."
