26. Their Back

Shizu's POV

After I agreed to Rimuru helping remove Ifrit from me I felt in an instant that I was in the void. At first I thought I'd died but soon enough I noticed a chair and table to sit at along with Rimuru sitting there. After that I approach him and sat down to ask where we are they answer me before I could even ask.

Ciel- "Hello Shizu Izawa my name is Ciel and I'm masters first wife. You are currently inside of his imaginary space so that I can help you accomplish your mission. Currently Ifrit has been removed from you but a problem has presented itself to me."

Shizu- "And what might the problem be?"

Ciel- "My problems are two-fold. One being that you are currently not strong enough to evolve into an enlightened without outside help."

Shizu- "Does that mean I can't compete my goal of saving the children? Please there must be a way to help them somehow!"

Ciel- "Their is a way to still help you evolve. Remember I said without help but to do so Rimuru my love would have to give you the energy to evolve. But as a human giving you magicules could kill you even if you have a resistance to them. The method to doing so also doesn't sit well with me either."

Shizu- "Oh thank goodness! I was starting to think there was no way to help me. But why do you not like the idea of using the known method of evolving me?"

Ciel- "It would involve my husband to be naming you and yes it's possible to rename a human being. It's not that it can't be done it just doesn't sit right with me personally.......... I think."

Shizu- "So he would just have to give me a new name that's all?"

Ciel- "Yes that's it but I know my dear well and head likely go overboard in his affection to helping you. After all this isn't our first time meeting you."

Shizu- "I think I would have remembered seeing both of you before you know and how could he go overboard with just giving me a name?"

Ciel- "My husband has a unique..... let's call it an attachment to you specifically. You could say he can't ever forget you and often misses you after your last death before. Because of this he would likely put more effort unconsciously to help you since he failed to before."

Shizu- "I'm not quite sure of what you're saying Ciel."

Ciel- "I'm saying both me and master time traveled to the past from the future Shizu. You were someone he failed to help save from death before and it might break his heart to do so again."

Shizu- "Why does he care so much about me?"(Timetravel?)

Ciel- "You were the first otherworlder he met before anyone else and the first human after his reincarnation. You also gave him a gift after your passing which later evolved into me his wife to be. In an odd way you are his only true family besides his cousins in this world."

Shizu- "Let's say I even believe all this what does this have to do with my evolution currently?"

Ciel- "It means Rimuru might choose to give you the Tempest name. This name has more meaning than I believe he realizes yet. It will give you strength and power beyond your full understanding. Chaos will be with you and facts will distort in your favor. Probability will side with you and you will join the ranks of Rimuru's close family. That's my main problem with it really."

Shizu- "THAT AND NOT EVERYTHING ELSE!"

Ciel- "Well yes the rest is of minor importance compared to my loves' true power. Why are you so shocked by that?" She said with a head tilt.
