The tasks of the Comintern (SH) in the field of its world revolutionary peace policy are as follows:
1.
revolutionary peace policy is based on fighting for smashing capitalism as the main root of imperialist wars;
2.
a policy of proletarian world peace on the basis of preventing or ending the imperialist predatory wars through a revolutionary world civil war;
3.
not to give the war provocateurs, who are used to letting others pull their chestnuts out of the fire, the opportunity to drag other countries into conflicts and to put a stop to the war provocateurs forever. No lasting world peace without the dictatorship of the world proletariat!
4.
to consolidate international friendly relations with the labourers of all countries who are interested in peace and friendship between the peoples and to establish a global anti-imperialist peace movement under the revolutionary leadership of the world proletariat.
5.
to form our World Red Army on a world scale and to strengthen its fighting power by all means; to create sustainable peace is only possible by disarming the world bourgeoisie with world proletarian weapons;
