In denying Hoxhaism, the neo-revisionists also deny Leninism.

Article written by the Russian Section on the 116th anniversary of the birth of Comrade Enver Hoxha

The opinion is still strong among the "international communist movement" that "Stalinism and Hoxhaism do not exist", that they are "just Marxism-Leninism". Apologists for this opinion say that the terms Stalinism and Hoxhaism are "anti-communist", that they are used "only by anti-communists". Of course, this is not true.

According to their logic, it follows that Leninism does not exist either! As is known, Lenin's opponents in the RSDLP called for "fighting against Leninism" even before communists began to use the term Leninism. This was stated several times in the "Short Course of the History of the VKP(b)":

"...the Mensheviks created secretly from the Party their anti-party factional organization, headed by Martov, Trotsky, and Axelrod, and 'raised, as Martov wrote, a revolt against Leninism.'" (History of the VKP(b), p. 43)

"Joining with the 'economists' and the Bund, the Mensheviks opened in the pages of Iskra a campaign against, as they said, - Leninism." (Ibid., p. 44)

The myth that Stalinism and Hoxhaism "do not exist" was courageously dispelled by Comrade Wolfgang Eggers in his books "On the Foundations and Questions of Stalinism" and "On the Foundations and Questions of Hoxhaism":

"Marx did not call himself a 'Marxist,' but his closest friend and associate Friedrich Engels did, followers of Marx and Engels did....

<...>

Lenin himself did not call himself a "Leninist," but the associates who gathered around him, his followers understood themselves as Leninists, above all Lenin's disciple Stalin ...

<...>

Stalin did not call himself a "Stalinist," but the Bolsheviks who followed him in his struggle against the Trotskyists, Bukharinists, and later against the anti-party bureaucratic elements and apparatchik leaders called themselves Stalinists.

<...>

Enver Hoxha did not give himself the title "Hoxhaist." But the Marxist-Leninists who regarded him as the leader of the struggle against modern revisionism in power, who followed him in the struggle against the revisionist world movement, called themselves Hoxhaists, all the more so during the struggle against Chinese revisionism, against Maoism, which Enver Hoxha led." (Wolfgang Eggers, On the Foundations and Questions of Stalinism, pp. 24-25, English edition).

The roots of the opinion that Stalinism and Hoxhaism "do not exist" grow, among other things, from the banal illiteracy of these "comrades". After all, the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) and the Party of Labor of Albania themselves freely used the term Stalinism! Here is what, for example, Ndreci Plesari (a member of the CC of the PLA) writes in his work "The Class Struggle within the Party":

"When the Communist Party of the Soviet Union abandoned Leninist-Stalinist ideology and politics, it simultaneously abandoned the revolutionary realization of the Marxist-Leninist principles and norms of the Party, which turned into lifeless formulas" (N. Plesari, 'Class Struggle within the Party', pp. 22-23, Russian edition of 2023).

More small examples: the title of Dimashtein's book "Leninist-Stalinist National Policy and the Draft of the New Constitution of the USSR", year 1936; the title of the book by Levin I. D. "Lenin and the Theoretical Foundations of Leninist-Stalinist National Policy"; a chapter from the 1950 book "Kolkhoz Law" - 'Leninist-Stalinist Cooperative Plan and Kolkhoz Law'.

Thus, by denying Stalinism and Hoxhaism, the neorevisionists deny the theoretical and practical legacy of Comrade Stalin and Comrade Enver Hoxha, which, in fact, is vividly manifested in the activities of neorevisionist parties and organizations all over the world. They completely do not care about the Bolshevik style of work, completely do not care about the great heritage of the Party of Labor of Albania and Enver Hoxha. The neo-revisionists have done nothing to preserve and develop Marxist-Leninist-Stalinist-Hoxhaist theory and practice. It turns out that the only party that truly defends Comrade Stalin and Comrade Enver Hoxha is the Comintern (SH). This is what our practical activity shows. We have the world's largest library of the writings of Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin and Enver Hoxha, as well as revolutionary parties throughout the world. The comrades from enverhoxha.ru, who made high-quality electronic editions of the works of comrade Enver Hoxha, have been cooperating with us for a long time.

Hoxhaism is very important for modern communists, if only because it represents the most modern development of communist theory and practice. The Comintern (SH) creatively continues this development to this day, in the XXI century. We disassociated ourselves from the neo-revisionists, the "simple Marxist-Leninists", calling ourselves Stalinist-Hoxhaists.

On the 116th anniversary of the birth of our dear and respected comrade Enver Hoxha, we continue to defend with all our might his great legacy against the attacks of ill-wishers and enemies.

Long live our dear and respected comrade Enver Hoxha!

Long live the Comintern (SH), the sole defender of comrade Enver Hoxha!

Long live Marxism-Leninism-Stalinism-Hoxhaism!

A self-critical comment from one of the authors of the article:

I used to also defend the view that "Stalinism-Hoxhaism does not exist and Enver Hoxha and Stalin were just Marxist-Leninists". But by communicating with my Party comrades and simply reading the works of the classics of Marxism-Leninism and the Comintern (SH), I realized my mistake and now I defend Stalinism-Hoxhaism against the attacks and assaults of opportunists.
