The bourgeoisie itself ! Just to maintain its power through terrorrist means.
What kind of democracy is it that first allows a fascist party to be elected and then makes way for a fascist party?
Bourgeois democracy and fascism are the two sides of the dictatorship of the bourgeoisie. The dictatorship of the bourgeoisie belongs on the dung heap of history because it is based on the capitalist system of exploitation and oppression.
Only with the world socialist revolution will the dictatorship of the proletariat be established in order to keep oppression and exploitation in check and finally eliminate them from the world forever.
