Comrade Wolfgang Eggers' 75th birthday, on July 6, 2024, encouraged me to write this article, after having personally sent him his congratulations.
Although I am not a distinguished communist intellectual, I believe I have studied the fundamental texts and documents of the 5 Classics of Marxism-Leninism and the Comintern (SH), various important revolutionary communist literature in general, as well as gained practical experience and reflected on capitalist society and the world socialist revolution on the basis of dialectical materialism, so that I can give a somewhat valid account of what impacted me most in the work of comrade Wolfgang Eggers. Also, that it may arouse curiosity and/or be useful from the point of view of political and ideological formation, to some younger comrade, making my contribution to the development of the Communist International (Stalinist-Hoxhaist).
The analysis and theorizing on the ideological evolution from Marxism-Leninism to Stalinism-Hoxhaism, is fundamentally the merit of comrade Wolfgang Eggers (even with some other contributions, as was the case of comrade Clara, founder of the Portuguese Section, unfortunately now deceased). There are several historical facts and glorious events that justify and oblige us to elevate Stalin and Enver Hoxha to the category of classics, such as the construction and defense of socialism in Stalin's USSR and Enver Hoxha's Albania, the anti-Hitler, anti-Trotskyist struggle and, after World War II, Stalin's construction of the socialist camp (the advance to a third of the world's population living in socialist countries or in people's democracies allied to the USSR, in Eastern Europe, and who could thus be positively influenced), the Albanian anti-fascist/anti-Nazi liberation struggle by Enver Hoxha, the building of socialism in a poor, small country surrounded by enemies, his fight against the new revisionism and its social-fascism/social-imperialism, are contributions too important to be passed over (as those who call themselves "simply" "Marxist-Leninists" claim).
In addition to the ideological evolution, the transition to StalinismHoxhaism, being more than legitimate and necessary, in order to take full advantage of the experiences and works of all 5 classics of Marxism-Leninism (Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin and Enver Hoxha), today we live in the phase of imperialist globalization, which, in order to be transformed, needs up-to-date ideological, tactical and strategic political-military weapons, this is what comrade Wolfgang Eggers, with his superhuman efforts, has given us in the continuation of the great legacy of the 5 classics of Marxism-Leninism, fighting tirelessly with all his strength for the cause of the liberation of labor, the liberation of the working class, the liberation of humanity, as the comrades of the Russian Section said in their greeting for his 75th birthday. This more than fair consideration of comrade Wolgang Eggers should not be confused with the cult of personality, which, like Stalin, the revisionists themselves encouraged and exacerbated at the time of his life and which, after his assassination, they used to hide his great theoretical and political work (as in the case of his lifelong struggle against the saboteurs and opportunists), which comrade Wofgang Eggers explained in chapter 2 of "On the Foundations and Questions of Stalinism".
When I learned about the Comintern (SH) and started reading its documents, I experienced a "revelation", a huge coincidence (one of those that happens to anyone who does research or has the opportunity to be told about it), a combination of two essential revolutionary positions, on the one hand, the defense of the legacies of Stalin and Enver Hoxha and, on the other, the denunciation of Dimitrov's Popular Front and the betrayal of the VII Congress of the Communist International in 1935 ("The 'Popular Front' transforms the struggle for the dictatorship of the proletariat into the 'tailend' of the bourgeoisie (the 'harmless minority' of 'domesticated communists.) - General Line of the Comintern (SH)). In addition to these important positions, there is also the consideration of Stalin and Enver Hoxha as the fourth and fifth classics of Marxism-Leninism, the re-establishment of the Communist International, now the Communist International (SH), the defence of the world socialist revolution in general and the defence of the dictatorship of the world proletariat in particular (since we are in the period of capitalist globalization, as already mentioned).
Taking into account what I said in the previous paragraph, in general, the opportunist organizations or parties that consider themselves "Marxist-Leninist" (leaving out of this analysis the other "Marxist" and "Semi-anarchist" organizations), and taking into account my empirical experience, accepting some future corrections to this analysis, fall into two groups:
- Those who call themselves anti-Dimitrovian and fall into antiStalinism and Centrism, on the one hand obliterating all the theoretical and practical work of Stalin (and also Enver-Hoxha), on the other attempting theoretical alliances with the revisionists, in order to supposedly move them to the left (and therefore placing themselves at their service in practice, namely by defending socialfascist regimes in a more or less preferential way, such as the Cuban or Korean social-fascist regimes, even though some denounce the Chinese regime, but never using the Stalinist term Social-Fascism, which they accuse of left-wingism); - In the other group are the organizations/parties that proclaim themselves defenders of Stalin, and even consider him one of the classics of Marxism-Leninism (in theory, because in practice they misrepresent his example, his work and his revolutionary communist testimony), are staunch defenders of the tactics of Dimitrov's Popular Front (and equally staunch defenders of the existing SocialFascist gangs), distinguishing themselves from the "major" Communist parties installed in the system only by their criticisms of have a limited, temporary, contingent character and became a matter of principle, betraying the proletarian revolution. As stated in the Comintern's General Line (SH) "The denial of the proletarian revolution, and instead making a deal with the bourgeoisie through the establishment of the 'Popular Front' government - this was the worst betrayal in the history of the Comintern." you can shout betrayal very loudly, because it was the negation of the entire Leninist strategy up until then and of Stalin's Single Front Policy/strategy, which was won by an opportunist coalition within the Comintern, because at that point, quoting once again from the Comintern's General Line (SH)): "The world proletariat would have needed a Communist International: to crush the revisionist camp and crown the October Revolution with the World Revolution. ". the first time will also no longer be influenced by revisionist and neorevisionist poison of all kinds, namely the tendency towards centrism, such as the desire to establish alliances with other organizations that call themselves revolutionary but in practice are opportunist and an impediment to a united front of the proletariat in alliance with the peasantry and to the world socialist revolution (in addition to many other aspects). When we evolve ideologically, when we learn in theory and practice, as our comrade Wolfgang Eggers argues, when we start to look at reality more objectively and dialectically and from the point of view of revolutionary and proletarian world communism, we can more easily identify the opportunism in the programs and positions of all the other parties, even though we may still have important gaps in our training.
As the comrades of the Russian Section wrote recently, I am very grateful to comrade Wolfgang Eggers, in my case also for his teachings and help in my ideological and political evolution, and I am absolutely convinced that the comrades, militants and friends of the Communist International (SH) think the same. I know that there is much more to be said, and I apologize for not being able to summarize it.
Long live comrade Wolfgang Eggers' updating of Marxism-Leninism!
Long live the five classics of Marxism-Leninism: Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin and Enver Hoxha!
Long live Stalinism-Hoxhaism !
Long live the world socialist revolution!
World proletariat, unite in all countries and continents!
Take your weapons from the imperialists and overthrow world imperialism!
Establish the dictatorship of the world proletariat!
Long live world communism!
