*Scar POV*
Me and Lloyd were gathering supplies, Zane was tending to the Land Bounty, Jay and Nya were working inside and Kai and Cole laid down on sand. We had already gathered some resources from my bike, so we were now gathering the remainders on the LB (Land Bounty). Right now, we were outside the main control room.
"Come in, P.I.X.A.L." I heard Nya exclaim through her radio on the other side. Me and Lloyd shared a look before opening the door.
"Any luck?" Lloyd asked.
"Nothing. There's something wrong with the long-range transmitter, but I can't figure out what." Nya replied.
"Okay, well... don't give up." I instructed. We left and went to join Cole and Kai outside.
"And that's the last of it." Lloyd informed. We both dumped the boxes on the ground.
"That's not good. Less than a day's supply of water." Kai said.
"And the ATV and the Dune Bounty are wrecked. And the Rock Cycle isn't fast enough to outrun those beetles!" Cole exclaimed.
"Well, even if it could, it would only carry one of us." Kai continued.
"Same with my bike. 1-2 people max, even then we might not make it out" I lied.
"Maybe Nya could draw some water out of the air?" Lloyd suggested. I raised an eyebrow.
"In this heat? Low humidity? I don't think so." I replied.
I turned when I heard the sound of Jay carving on a rock.
"Jay, what are you doing?" Kai asked his (basically) brother-in-law.
"Carving a message on this rock, so people know who we are when they find our bones." Jay replied.
"Can we try to be a little more optimistic, please?" Lloyd asked.
"Nope" I replied, popping the P. I had to resist the urge to put on a depressing song from my playlist.
