The hum of the jet engines was a constant reminder of the altitude, but it wasn't the only thing consuming my thoughts. Elena sat across from me, her fingers clutching the armrests, her knuckles pale. I knew what was coming . The space, though private and luxurious, was too confined for her liking. Claustrophobia had its grip on her, and I could see the panic rising in her eyes.

“Elena,” I called softly, moving to sit beside her.

She looked at me, her eyes wide with unease. “I’m fine, Enzo. Really.”

I didn’t believe her for a second. Her breath was shallow, her gaze darting around the cabin like she was searching for an escape. I knew how much she hated this, and I hated seeing her like this.

“You’re not fine,” I whispered, brushing a strand of hair away from her face. “But I know how to make you feel better.”

She gave me a wary look, but the tension in her body told me she was already willing to let me take control. I leaned in, capturing her lips with mine, slowly at first, giving her a moment to adjust, to sink into the distraction I was offering.

Her response was hesitant at first, her mind still caught up in the discomfort of the flight. But as I deepened the kiss, she began to relax, her hands letting go of the armrests to slide up my chest.

I lifted her, guiding her onto my lap as the kiss turned more urgent. The leather seat creaked under the shift in weight, but the sound was drowned out by the low hum of the engines. I could feel her heartbeat against my chest, quick and fluttering, not just from the claustrophobia now but from the intensity of our connection.

“Focus on me,” I murmured against her lips, my hands moving to the small of her back, pulling her closer. “Just on me.”

She nodded, her fingers tangling in my hair as she kissed me back, harder this time, desperate. I could feel her body loosening up, the tension leaving her bit by bit as she let herself get lost in the moment.

I trailed kisses down her neck, feeling the rapid rise and fall of her chest. I wanted to take away every ounce of her fear, replace it with something else, something that only we could share in this confined space. My hands slipped under the hem of her shirt, the warmth of her skin igniting something primal in me.

“Elena,” I whispered, lifting my head to look into her eyes, searching for any lingering anxiety. But all I saw was desire, and it mirrored my own. “Let me take care of you.”

Her response was immediate, a soft moan escaping her lips as she nodded, giving herself over to me entirely.

I shifted her, laying her back against the wide seat, hovering over her as I kissed her again, slower this time, savoring every second. My hands roamed over her body, feeling the heat of her skin beneath the fabric. Her hands were on me too, tugging at my shirt, her nails grazing my back.
