"Estel is nearly here." Naehlara says, as she enters Lord Elronds study. Growing up knowing him as Estel, Naehlara always has found herself having trouble calling him by Aragorn or Strider. Looking up from the documents on his desk he raises a brow and tilts his head.

"You forgot to knock Naehlara." A small smile playing at his lips. Rolling her eyes and moving back towards the door she raps her knuckles against the wood loudly. Elronds grin only growing at the girls frustration. The way she can never quite control her emotions always left him intrigued for it was much different than how all his kin act.

"How can you tell he is close?" He questions, leaning back in his chair bringing his hands in front of him.

"Arwen left nearly three days ago and since then this dark energy has only grown closer. I can feel it, like it's seeping into every part of the lands around it, around us." She explains, as she begins to pace around the large study. "We should go to met her at the rivers edge. If what Mithrandir told us yesterday is true, dark creatures will be following them. They will need help."

"They will get here when they get here, your highness. You need not worry about the ring yet." Elrond says, trying to remind her of her status and that she cannot just going running off into war anymore. The ring. It's all she's worried about since learning of it's existence and the war it brought on long ago.

"Lord Elrond, we should worry. It is your only daughter, do not wish to make sure she gets to the boarder safely?" Naehlara questions, baiting him. Trying to get him to act and not just let fate take it's course.

"Lady Naehlara-" She never hears what Elrond was going to say as she storms out of the study. She could never understand how Lord Elrond and Lady Galadriel could sit back and just let fate take care of everything. Fate was never on their side and never will be. Reaching her chambers, Naehlara grabs her sword, bow and quiver. Sheathing the sword at her waist and pulling the quiver and bow on to her back over her training clothes. Dashing out of the room, she sprints down to the stables. Grabbing a white mare and mounting it without a saddle, she always prefers bareback, she always feels more connected to the creature that way.

"Take us to the border. Make haste my friend." She whispered to the horse in her native tongue. The horse quickly moved into a gallop, riding quickly through the courtyards and out into the forest around Imiladris.

At the river edge, Arwen sat atop her horse. Frodo in her arms, looking deathly pale and eyes so clouded you could no longer see the blue. Turning to face the ringwraiths that had followed them to the river. Arwen unsheathes her sword, holding it by her side as the ringwraiths halt on the edge of the river, screeching at the two. "Give up the halfling, she-elf." one of the Ringwraith seethes.

"If you want him, come and claim him." Arwen says, holding her sword up towards the wraiths. Rearing up on their horses, the ring wraiths move into the water towards Arwen and Frodo.

Within the forest the sound of screeching reaches Naehlara. Grimacing at the all too loud noise she urges her horse to go faster. Breaking through the tree line to find Arwen chanting;

Nin o Chithaeglir, last Beth daer:
Rimmo nin Bruinen, dan in Ulair!

(Waters of the Misty Mountains, listen to the great word)

Moving her horse forward, Naehlara joins Arwen in the rivers edge. Unsheathing her sword and keeping it by her side in case she needs to attack. Raising their voices Arwen and Naehlara finish the prayers to Valar.

Nin o Chithaeglir, last o Beth daer,
Rimmo nin Bruinen, dan in Ulair!

(Flow waters of Loudwater, against the Ringwraiths)
