After what Sarah told me I realized that actually establishing boundaries is the best thing for our type of relationship.
She's still not happy about our "return", she still thinks Lydia will end up treating me as badly as last time, which I can't be sure she won't. I just hope it doesn't end like this.

Today I will talk to her and tell her these things, if she agrees to do it well otherwise I don't know what to do. Letting her go again and then suffering isn't my plan, but being treated like an object isn't either.
I'm waiting for her at my house, today we don't have rehearsals so we're staying at home, at least we also have more privacy.

In the meantime I make some vanilla tea with some butter biscuits, just to have something to eat while we talk. As soon as I hear the doorbell ring the corners of my mouth curve up, I put the teapot on the stove and run towards the door to open it

"Hey, good morning" I greet her as I open the door, she removes her sun glasses and advances towards me caressing my arm

"Good morning, what a nice smell" she says smiling and closing the door behind her

"I'm making some vanilla tea" I reply as I grab the teapot and pour tea into both cups, then grab them and turn to carry them to the couch

"Wait, I'll help you" she says approaching me and grabbing a cup, I give it to her and smile at her, then I also take the plate of biscuits

"Leave it there, thanks" I nod towards the table in front of the sofa, she puts the cup down and sits down

"I've never tried vanilla tea," she tells me, crossing her legs

"Really? It's delicious" I tell her raising my eyebrows, she looks at me and smiles

"Then let's try it" she grabs the cup and I grab mine too, then we sip.
She hums and then nods

"You are right" I nod in response and grab a biscuit from the plate, she puts her cup down, spreading her legs slightly to move forward

"You're waiting for me to tell you why I called you, aren't you" I tell her looking at her and placing the cup on the table too, she licks her lips and spreads her hands

"Well, I'm curious" she replies looking at me, I move slightly closer to us

"I'm not going to ask you what we are right now" I tell her smiling slightly, she snorts laughing, then turns serious again to look at me

"But, we are something, so before we carry this thing forward, I would like to establish some boundaries" I tell her, lowering my gaze and intertwining my hands, she rests her back on the sofa, crossing her legs

"Okay, I'm all ears" she replies, I turn to look at her and move closer, her hand rests on my waist

"First of all, I want to be the only one" I tell her, meeting her gaze, she exhales and opens her mouth to speak but closing it again, I frown and move away slightly

"If it's not feasible-" she raises her hand, stopping me

"No, no, it will be like this. Next thing?" she responds quickly, adjusting her jacket as she sits up straight again, I pause for a moment

"Then obviously, we communicate, not like before" she nods

"Okay" she replies grabbing her cup and taking another sip, she doesn't even look me in the eye, something has changed

"Besides, you won't lie to me anymore" I look up at her face, she suddenly freezes and frowns

"What do you mean? I've never lied to you" she says putting the cup down again and then looking me in the eyes, I raise my eyebrows
