sorry if I post less and less during this period, but with school and other things I'm really busy, forgive me!
"Come on, let's go, the gate is open" Lydia tells me, dragging her large black suitcase with her, at this time many planes have landed so there is a lot of confusion
"Here it is over there" I point further ahead, she looks up and taking off her hat she starts walking towards the gate. Once we arrive in the line we wait about a quarter of an hour and fortunately we manage to enter the plane quite quickly
"I haven't taken a plane in years" I say sitting on the small seat and looking out the window, the weather is brilliant today
"Scared?" Lydia asks me sitting next to me after placing the bags on the compartment above our heads, I look at her with frowning eyebrows and laugh
"Of course not, I'm not a wimp" I tell her, she raises her eyebrows mocking me
"Of course my love, I don't doubt it"
Once boarding closed, all the passengers announced to fasten their seat belts and then we took off. I shook Lydia's hand because of the pressure on my ears, I will never find a remedy.
After a few minutes I fell asleep resting my head on Lydia's shoulder who in the meantime was busy working on her computer.-------------------------------------------
"Oh God look how wonderful" I whisper looking out the window of the taxi as we approach the hotel where we will be staying this week
"Breathtaking" Lydia states as she also looks at the snow-covered city, it seems like a completely different reality compared to Berlin
"Here we are" the taxi driver says, stopping the car in front of a hotel, I grab the money from my wallet and hand it to him, then we get out of the taxi and after collecting our bags we go towards the entrance. It is currently 5pm and darkness is already spread across the skyI breathe deeply of the fresh air
"Good evening" the secretary welcomes us at the reception, we approach ready to check in.
We don't know which room we have, since it was chosen by my brother, so the curiosity is even greater"This is the key to your room, you can go" I grab the key and we reach our room by taking the elevator
"What a beautiful hotel" Lydia says looking at herself in the elevator mirrors, I smile and nod
"True" I reply looking at her, she stops to observe me and smiles
"Your cheeks are all red from the cold," she smiles and leans in for a quick kiss before the elevator doors open. We continue along the corridor until we reach our room, our suitcases which have been brought up by a waiter, are waiting for us in front of the door
"Ready?" I ask her inserting the key, she nods and pulls the handle down. Turning on the lights reveals before us what I think is the most beautiful hotel room I have ever stayed in
"Oh god" she says as she walks across the room.
In the center of the room is a double bed with red, scented sheets, next to the wall with a single window there is a huge glass window overlooking a snow-covered lake. The bathroom includes a circular tub instead of a shower, and there is a small walk-in closet in front of the bed.
This shit is nicer than my apartment
"Absurd, she's gorgeous" I say looking out the window, she approaches from behind, clasping my hips
"Even more beautiful with you" she whispers in my ear making shivers run down my spine, I smile passing a hand on the back of her neck
"Anyway, what do we want to do for dinner?" she asks meafter leaving a kiss on my cheek, I touch my belly and lie down on the bed thinking about something
