"well, this isn't a skating competition, therefore second place isn't bad."
"you're right, this is a bigger deal than a skating competition!" sapnap whines.

"shut up noel! and stop watching dance moms!" i hiss. i turn back to sapnap. "you know what? i think it's better that you got second. you don't want to get first at a sweaty fortnite competition. that's really embarrassing. second place keeps you humble."
