Alfred and Freen

A/N: Hello, fellow readers! I apologize for my absence over the past few days. I noticed that many of you seemed confused by the previous chapters, so please feel free to ask any questions here—I'm happy to answer without giving away any spoilers!

FYI, this chapter is not in Freen's or Becky's POV.

"Stop this now!" Freen is startled by the emotionally overwhelmed vampire.

"What is this mask?" The vampire presses Freen with her body over the wall, asserting her dominance. As an alpha wolf, Freen resents this invasive forcefulness. Part of her also feels let down by Rebecca's behavior.

But the one in front of her is still her mate, her love for her cannot let her be rude/bad to Rebecca. "Get off me" Freen orders trying to hold her cool, but to Rebecca this sounds so cold and distant.

Rebecca is fixated on why can't Freen simply answer her questions, instead of arguing and behaving with her like this? She does not like this cold side of Freen at all.

Freen and Rebecca stared each other down, each waiting for the other to relent. Both strong and powerful, they were unaccustomed to surrendering to anyone, especially not in moments of deep anger and disappointment.

"You should stop ignoring my questions first! Why are you wearing this mask and why does Alfred and Saint also have this same mask?" Rebecca asks again. At the same time she shakes Freen by holding her shoulder.

"Get off me now..." Freen says as an ultimatum looking right into Rebecca's eyes.

"Who else has this mask, I want to know!" Ignoring all the warnings, Rebecca pulls Freen closer, holding her waist with one hand and locking Freen's hands with her other hand.

Freen did not resist her to get free, her alpha wolf won't let her plead to anyone, at least not now. So, she looked away as she decided to ignore Rebecca. If Rebecca won't behave properly then she isn't worthy of getting any attention, she has already made Freen disappointed by her actions now. Also, Freen doesn't want to fight, so this is the best way that she could retaliate to Rebecca.

First not answering properly to her questions and now ignoring her? Rebecca just hates this moment and Freen's attitude more and more. She stared at Freen leaning closer to her, but Freen is unmoved by her actions. She rests her head on Freen's shoulder, inhaling deeply to steady herself, but the familiar scent that usually soothes her now intensifies her emotions and anger.

Rebecca looked at Freen, left her hands and grabbed her face, pulling it towards her. "LOOK AT ME WHEN I AM TALKING TO YOU!" The sharpness in her voice masked a deeper plea, Rebecca couldn't tolerate the coldness any longer.

But Freen failed to see the pleading and desperation behind Rebecca's actions. She looked at Rebecca as Rebecca made her look and all she could see were those blood red eyes of the vampire in front of her.

"Behave rebecca" Freen said.

Suddenly, Alfred walks into the room. "What is happening here?" He asks walking closer to them.

Another reason for Freen to stop Rebecca from behaving like this was that they were not in her house, they were in Alfred's hotel room and anyone can walk onto them here. Although Alfred knows about them, but other werewolves do not know about their alpha being in a relationship with a vampire.

"JUST LEAVE" Freen ordered Alfred. He nodded and turned to leave. Freen stops him giving another order. "Guard the door..... and no one should know about this". Alfred replies yes and he goes out of the room, guarding the door.
