FREEN POV

Saint fetched me from Spain after the insurance company rescued me. I promised to myself that I won't cry anymore because of that monster. It was just a bad chapter in my life and it's done now. No more looking back and regretting on my bad choices.

I explained Saint what actually happened. He was very angry at Becky and wanted to inform Heng about everything, but I stopped him as I don't want to escalate the rift between vampires and werewolves. Also, it's so embarrassing that how I fell head over heels for such an evil person. I clearly misjudged her.

I want nothing with her or any other vampire.

Henry also knows about what happened, but he agreed to never mention this to Heng. But sadly, they told all these to Neung.

"What did I told you about that vampire? Why don't you ever listen to me Freen!" Neung yelled at me.

"I know I was too much swept away by her charms. I am sorry...."

"What will I do with your apology now? Freen you could have died out there! It's a miracle that you made it back!" Neung crosses her arms in anger.

I got scolded by Neung. Even though I promised myself that I won't ever cry or mention Becky again, but when Neung was scolding me about Becky, I failed to stop myself from crying as I still miss her, very much.

I cried because I miss her and it hurts to live like this, without her by my side. I should regret about falling in her trap, but what I regret more is why can't she love me like I love her. Why I am so useless and powerless. I am nothing in front of that Anita.

"Freen, you have to be strong. I cannot see you crying. I am sorry for yelling at you" Neung hugged me and started crying.

"I am trying to be strong Neung. I am trying everyday".

"Pull yourself up Freen. We cannot let Heng know about this. You know that how much he already hates those vampires, he will lose his cool if he knew what they did with you".

"I will try more! I will be better.... No, I have to be better for everyone's sake" I said and wiped off my tears.

"We will try together! For the pack?!" Neung smiled and wiped her tears.

"Yes! For everyone!" I smile back at her.

I engrossed myself in business and internal pack mattress. While Heng took all the responsibility to deal with the vampires, he attends all the vampire related business and meetings.

After what happened, Neung has forbidden me from involving with any vampire ever.

For few months the things were normal, but then I started getting attacked.

Sometimes I got into car accidents, sometimes anything from the ceiling would fall over me, sometimes I got attacked by humans in a restaurant or a cafe. But oddly, all this time, I never got hurt ever. In the end moment, someone always saves me. Sometimes it's Saint, sometimes it's Heng, sometimes it's Henry and sometimes it's Alfred.

Well.... I guess nothing can change the future. I am destined to get stuck in my wolf dimension with Lucas, until then, I believe that nothing can hurt me.
