35. Not a dream

"So, Ms Karishma Singh, will you do the honour of moving in with me?" Haseena stood still with a batted breath looking at Karishma who was too stunned to speak.

If not for Haseena's batted breath fanning on her face, or her warm hands holding her waist, Karishma would be sure this was a dream, as the things sank in, her heart pounded trying to rush blood to her hands and leg which turned cold.

"Yes... a million times yes" Karishma pulled her into a tight embrace

Haseena smiled as she relaxed into the hug, she was sure of Karishma's answer but there was also a fear of Karishma's past which could trigger her and things could go down very far, she came out of thoughts when Karishma's body wrecked in sobs, panicking she tried to break the hug but Karishma didn't let her

"Please tell me this is not a dream" Karishma whispered in between the sobs

With great difficulty Haseena broke the hug, cupping Karishma's face she gently wiped the tears, "Mi amor," Haseena sighed, "We are together forever" Haseena languidly kissed her, resting their forehead together they relaxed.

"I have another sur..." Before Haseena could speak Karishma cut her off

"Haseena, I love you and I am over the moon to move in with you but," Karishma sighed, Haseena gulped nervously at the break, "this is a huge step, firstly we need to talk to our mothers and secondly I am not leaving Amma alone and I also don't want Ammi to be alone, we need to do something about that"

"We are in this together, I'll talk to Pushpee and Ammi" Haseena smiled

"Sweetness, you are not getting this, Amma is too connected to that house, we can do one thing why don't you and Ammi move in with us" Karishma's eyes sparked with a new idea

"Mi amor, if we all live there then what will we do with this house?" Haseena raised her eyebrows

"Which house?" Karishma frowned

"Barkat!" Haseena pointed to the house, seeing a confused Karishma she continued, "I bought this house for all of us so that we can live together and make many more memories" Haseena kissed Karishma's hands

"What the..." Karishma widened her eyes

"When we moved to Lucknow, it's just Ammi, Cheetu and me, we used to live in a house which Ammi got after Abbu, that's the only property we ever had. Then Cheetu moved here, so when Ammi and I moved here, we opted to rent a house as it's just two of us, but now our family grew and now finally we are all going to live under the same roof, tho itna tho banta hei na" Haseena flashed her dimples.
