Santosh and Cheeta were holding their heads while their mothers went on and on about how to take care of the baby. How Santosh is not eating enough? Why they should move into Barkat? Pushpa Ji and Noor Jhan Ji were adamant about Cheetosh moving in as Santosh completed her first trimester so that Santosh could get more rest and care, while the pair found every reason to deny their offer. Haseena and Karishma sat silently enjoying the drama.
"Billu Ji agaye" Santosh shouted in happiness as the long-going class was going to come to an end.
"Yelo Santosh Ji, app ke farmaish pe hazir he Santre" Billu said presenting her with a bag full of oranges.
"App ko yad hei Billu Ji" Santosh asked surprised as yesterday night before going to bed she said that she would love to have some sour oranges.
"Arey, aise kaise nehi yad hoga, Mama bangaya mein, itna tho banta hei" Billu smiled lovingly.
"Thank you so much, Billu Ji" Santosh hugged him, a small baby bump can be seen if one looks for it carefully, otherwise no one could guess.
"Arey wah! Santre! hume bhi khana hei" Karishma said delighted
"Par Karishma madam, ye katte hei. Wo Santosh Ji ko chahiye tho meine sabi katte hi laya tha" Billu explained
"Nehi humko khana hei, Santru" Karishma stopped at the mistake, shaking her head she continued, "humara matlad, Santu hume bhi do Santre"
"Arey par Katte hei ye" Santosh denied taking a bite of the sour oranges
"Haa, hume katta khane ka mann horaha hei, ab do" Karishma snatched an orange from Santosh's hand and started munching with delight, she stopped when she sensed everyone looking at her with a big smile
"What?" Karishma frowned
"Tumhe katte khane ka mann horahahe?" Pushpa Ji smiled showing all her teeth.Karishma rolled her eyes understanding her meaning, "Kya normal log ko katte khane ke mann nehi hoga kya Amma"
"Par abb to tum log try bi karraheho na" Pushpa Ji said hopefully
"Nehi hume bas aisehi khane ka mann horahe," Karishma shook her head and looked at Haseena whose bright smile was replaced by a tight lip smile, "waise bhi humara treatment ab shuru hoga, ye do mahina Haseena ka treatment complete huva hei" Karishma sighed looking at everyone who nodded understandingly
"Haa ek aur bat, we hired another baker, he would be working for the next few months then we have to find his replacement," Karishma said continuing to eat her orange
"Replacement kyu?" Haseena frowned
"Actually, he is moving to Australia for better opportunities, so" Santosh sighed.
"Chalo, let's go" Cheeta announced and both of the couples left for the hospital for further check-ups and treatment.
Agent Ghost sat in her cabin going through the heap of files before her, it's been nearly three weeks since she last visited the headquarters, and her life kept her occupied during these weeks.
She sighed replacing the currently reading file with another, the monotony of work slowly catching up to her, she always loved this work, even the file work was welcomed but with everything going around she felt tired of these files.
"Chai" Black passed her a glass and sat sipping his own
"Thank you, I so needed this" Ghost relaxed sipping the tea
"How is your work going?" Black continued having his tea
"Like I have to pull an all-nighter" Ghost pointed to the files
