My Life with the Boys

Prologue

I don't get how this happened. Well I guess I did. I always found trouble wherever I went. But this really was a mess. I wasn't sure that I could come up with a solution. This was something the boy's could not help me with. I will have to figure it out on my own.

I guess I kind of have to start at the beginning though, to explain how I got into this mess. But before that there is one more thing I have to say.

We do not remember days. We remember moments. Which is what I will tell you about. Not the days that went on in my life. But the key important moments that defined my life. My story. Abraham Lincoln once said that in the end, it's not the years in your life that count. It's the life in your years. And let me tell you. I have had a lot of life in my years. A complicated life. One that feels like a crazy rollercoaster that you wished you never went on. But in the end you don't regret a single second. 

That was what my life was like. And it all began when I was five years old...
