Chapter: A Night to RememberThe moon hung high in the night sky, casting a soft, silvery glow over the secluded path where Namjoon and Jin walked hand in hand. Their fingers intertwined, radiating warmth and love, as they strolled through the peaceful night. The gentle rustle of leaves and the distant sounds of nocturnal creatures filled the air, creating a magical ambiance that surrounded them.
“Namjoon, I can’t believe you brought me here. It’s so beautiful,” Jin exclaimed, his eyes sparkling with wonder as he took in the serene landscape.
Namjoon smiled, his heart swelling with affection for his innocent partner. “I wanted to show you something special. Just a little further,” he replied, guiding Jin with a firm but gentle grip.
After a short drive in Namjoon’s car, they arrived at the garden, a place that Namjoon had cultivated with great care. But hidden behind its beauty was a secret known only to him. This garden was a sanctuary not just for flowers, but also for wild animals—lions, tigers, wolves, and more—guarded fiercely by Namjoon, the Mafia King.
As they walked deeper into the garden, Jin marveled at the vibrant flowers and the sounds of nature. But when they reached a clearing, they were met with the imposing figures of three lions. One lion was a stunning yellowish-brown, another was a sleek black, and the last was a rare white.
“Wow, Namjoon! Look at them!” Jin gasped, his voice a mixture of awe and apprehension.
But as the lions growled softly, Jin instinctively flinched and moved closer to Namjoon, clutching his arm tightly. “Shoo away these animals! I’m feeling scared!” he said, eyes wide with fear.
Namjoon chuckled softly, his heart racing with a mixture of pride and amusement. “They won’t hurt you, Jin. Here, let me show you.”
With a reassuring smile, he took Jin's delicate hand in his own and guided it towards the nearest lion, Beauty. To Jin’s surprise, as his gentle hand made contact with the lion's fur, Beauty began to purr, the sound rumbling deep within its chest.
“See? They like you,” Namjoon said, his voice soothing.
Slowly, Jin’s fear melted away as he started to pat Beauty, then moved on to Snow, the white lion, and finally, Black, the majestic black lion. The three lions responded to Jin’s gentle touch, purring louder as they reveled in the affection of this delicate human.
Namjoon watched in awe as Jin, who had once been frightened, now played with the lions, laughter spilling from his lips. It was an ironic contrast—here they were, surrounded by potentially dangerous creatures, yet Jin’s innocence had transformed the scene into something magical.
As the night deepened, Namjoon led Jin to a cozy cottage he had built in the middle of the garden. The small structure was adorned with fairy lights that twinkled like stars, making it an idyllic retreat for a couple in love. A small fire crackled in the fireplace, its warm glow filling the room with comfort.
Once inside, Namjoon noticed the chill in the air and quickly took off his jacket, wrapping it around Jin’s shoulders. “You’ll get cold,” he said, a protective tone in his voice.
Jin looked up at him, curiosity in his eyes. “Why are you so strong? You never seem to get cold or anything. And why am I so sensitive?”
Namjoon’s heart swelled at Jin’s innocent question. He knew where this conversation could lead, and he wanted to steer it in a way that emphasized Jin’s value. “You know why I am strong and you are sensitive?” he asked, meeting Jin’s gaze. “Because sensitivity and innocence are priceless and rare. They need someone strong to protect them.”
Jin’s cheeks flushed a soft pink at Namjoon’s words, a sweet smile spreading across his face. “You really think so?”
“Absolutely,” Namjoon replied, pulling Jin closer. “And that’s why I’m here. To keep you safe and to cherish everything that makes you, you.”
As the fire crackled and their surroundings faded into a gentle hum, Namjoon and Jin sat close together, warmth radiating between them. They shared stories, dreams, and laughter, allowing the world outside to drift away. It was a night of peace and connection, a moment carved out of time where nothing else mattered except the bond they shared.
Meanwhile, on the other side of the garden, Yoongi and J-Hope were engaged in their own delicate dance of reconciliation. With J-Hope nestled comfortably on Yoongi’s lap, the tension that had once filled their relationship faded into the background.
Across town, the rest of the Kim family enjoyed the wedding festivities, unaware of the sweet moments unfolding between their loved ones.
As the night wore on, each couple found solace in their love, a testament to the strength of their bonds, and a promise of brighter days ahead.
