As they crossed the hotel's grand lobby, Savitri Ji's sharp eyes fell on Yash, and she immediately noticed something was off. His sherwani-pristine and tailored to perfection-was missing its stole, and worse, the brooch, Singhania's royal family heirloom, was nowhere to be seen. Her lips thinned into a disapproving line before her voice sliced through the lobby like a whip.

"Where is your stole? Forget the stole. Where is your brooch?" she snapped, her voice echoing across the vast space.

Yash, who had been walking ahead, stopped dead in his tracks. His friends, Avni and Aarav, paused beside him, exchanging uneasy glances. Slowly, Yash turned around, his gaze meeting his grandmother's. Her sharp, unwavering eyes were on him, her face framed by the familiar figures of Vikram, Anita, Subhash, and Neelam, who stood silently at her side, all of them watching the interaction unfold.

In a five-star hotel as grand as this, even the slightest noise could carry through the air, but here, it was Savitri Ji's firm tone that tore through the stillness. Her voice seemed to hold the power to stop time itself. Conversations around them paused and people present in lobby heads turned Savitriji and Yash.

Before Yash could utter a word, Vikram already knew what had happened to the brooch and how it had been misplaced. Anita, sensing his thoughts, gently held Vikram's hand, her eyes silently pleading for him to calm his mother down. Vikram returned her gaze with a soft blink and a reassuring smile, then tapped her hand in a comforting gesture before stepping forward.

Standing beside Savitri Ji, Vikram spoke in a sharp firm tone, "Maa, we've been to so many places today. He must have lost it somewhere."

Savitri Ji turned her piercing eyes at him, unimpressed. "He's the eldest of the three. If he shows carelessness, what will Aarav and Avni learn?"

From behind, Subhash placed a hand on his mother's shoulder, stepping in on the other side. "Maa, Yash is only a few months older than Aarav. He's still just a kid like the others."
