It had only been a day since Yash, Aarav, Reyansh, and Ishaan were supposed to leave for America to further their studies, but Vikram Singhania's mind was far from the excitement of their journey. Sitting behind the grand mahogany desk in his office at Singhania Enterprises, Vikram stared at the files before him. The papers weren't the source of his frustration-Yash's reckless search for Vanya in Banaras was.

He had caught wind of Yash's inquiries about her, and it left him conflicted. Part of him wanted to tell his son everything, to reveal Vanya's whereabouts and put an end to the chase. But Vikram knew better. He had to do things the right way-speak to her family first, and make sure Yash was ready. Not just as the royal descendent of the Singhania dynasty, but as a man Vanya's family could trust, someone she could rely on, even if every last trace of luxury was stripped from him.

A soft knock at the door broke through his thoughts. "Come in," Vikram called, his voice steady despite the storm brewing inside.

The door opened, and Pradeep, one of the long-standing bodyguards of the Singhania household, entered with a young man in tow. "Sir, this is my son, Kunal Sharma," Pradeep said, his voice brimming with pride.

Vikram, sitting tall behind his desk, gave a nod and a brief smile. "Thank you, Pradeep. You may go now." The sudden dismissal caused a flicker of concern in Pradeep's eyes, but Vikram quickly reassured him. "Don't worry. Your son will accompany Yash to America. I just need to discuss a few things with him first."

Relief washed over Pradeep's face, and with a proud tap on Kunal's back, he exited the room.

As the door clicked shut, Vikram stood, closing the file in front of him with a sharp movement. His gaze shifted to Kunal-24 years old, strong, confident. His presence exuded an air of quiet strength, unshaken by the formidable aura of Vikram Singhania. That, in itself, impressed the man.

"Come, sit," Vikram gestured toward the sofa near the window, a shift from the formal desk setting.

Both men sat, facing one another. Vikram's tone softened, yet carried the weight of everything unsaid. "I'm Vikram Singhania," he began, pausing deliberately before adding, "But today, I'm speaking to you as a father, not as a CEO."

Kunal's brows knitted in confusion. A royal family member speaking to him as a father? The shift in tone was unexpected.

"I've heard about you," Vikram continued, a hint of amusement flickering in his eyes. "Especially about your recent... interaction with Yash. Mortal combat competition, I believe?"

Kunal didn't respond, but the tension in his mind was unmistakable , trying to understand Vikram.

Vikram leaned forward slightly, his voice lowering. "What I'm about to tell you has nothing to do with your job. It won't affect your standing in the company. I'm here because I need you to understand something important-about my son, and about your sister Vanya."
