I hurry down the stairs with Daryl's jacket I'd washed. He was leaving with Aaron in a bit to scout the area and look for more people.
I hesitate when I reach the living room. Michonne stares up at the wall where she'd mounted her sword there.
"The fuck is that?" it slips from my lips before I could stop it.
She doesn't look at me, she just stares at the 'decorative piece'. "I used to be into art."
I eye the sword, then the back of her head.
"Take it down," I order.
Finally, she turns and looks at me. "What?"
I step down the final stairs, placing Daryl's jacket over my arm.
"Take it down," I repeat. "You can hang it in your room, but don't put that shit in the living room."
"What the hell are you talking about?"
"That fucking sword killed Hershel!" I snap angrily. "I don't want that fucking thing in the living room where all of us- Maggie and Beth especially, have to see it!"
Michonne's eyes soften.
I exhale heavily and continue walking through the house.
"Take it down before I get back or I'll break it into pieces," I warn, slamming the door behind me.

"Glenn was telling me about how you and him used to do the runs in Atlanta," Maggie recalls. "Said you were like the twins from a cartoon he used to watch."
I chuckle. "Yeah. Naruto. He's a nerd like that."
"He is. But, it's endearing."
"You're just whipped," I tease.
"Maybe so."
I wipe the food from Woojin's chin and he returns to gobbling at his mac and cheese.
"You know, I feel like together we semi-make what a normal life used to be," Maggie adds.
"Yeah? Is this our brunch while we gossip about other bitches?" I joke.
"I mean cause of the things we've pulled off. I managed to meet my soulmate and get married. You've managed to raise a child," she clarifies.
"Yeah, I'm a bit out of order, huh?"
"Woo is still perfect all the same."
Woojin scrunches his nose and grins at Maggie cheekily.
I'd missed Maggie and I's talks. It felt nice to just sit here at a table and have lunch together- our other plans coming soon. But, right now was about hanging out and talking.
"Have you thought about it anymore?" I wonder. "You gave me those pills back like a year ago.. To be honest, I think I lost them."
She laughs at the memory of the morning after pills.
"What about now?" I urge. "We found Beth. We're in a community that's been working so far."
"We've talked about having a baby," she admits. "I think I've talked about it more, though."
I take a sip of my drink and hum. "He's still nervous."
"Yeah. But, I keep telling him to look around. Not just at our house- which is insane on it's own.. I thought we had it pretty good with our own guard tower.. Now, we have a house."
"It's hard to believe," I agree. "Aaron sure came out of nowhere."
"I tell him to look at Woojin, Judith, and Carl. There's other kids here, too. Ron and Sam Anderson, Mikey, that Enid girl.. We can raise a kid here.. We could make it work."
