the First of the Member of the Council would have to talk about agriculture.
agriculture... an interest on idea's that need idea's on making new kind of Plants through research as it is the best idea so we can think and plan idea's on improving new plants to create and make many new food sources as well and remembering some food that was from long time ago that was created... an apple that tasted like a Grape and Apple at the same time as an example and it was long time ago when it was shown to the world so why not.
cause this might be our time to try Advanced Agriculture and make new fruit and vegetable's so more study's and research can be ready for the future.
as of many reasons a Biologist that seeks advancements can be required to someday be part of the selected Council so others can join the cause of the selected member shall someday teach others on how to make new cultivations on plans as well though how ever it may take time to think of future fertilizer to make on this moment and to try think fast when it take's time as we all know it's always a matter of time due to Earths rotation still continuing to slowly move fast over time.
If you were one of Selected Biologists their might be some idea's to re-start the idea's of re-making the Apple's that taste like Grapes and ho knows what might be made for future advancements on Plants that bare hybrid fruit to make and more way's to make new air to help others breath more better and Flowers that reduce Allergic reactions until it come's to an end through the last and to make new Medicines as well.
a future chance to relieve and remove Terminal illness an a forever infection that had plagued everyone cause it's best to leave behind humanity to make such advancements as that is when we someday may have a new chance to remove addictions as well to help others with new aroma therapy's to relieve people's addiction to smoking that they would no longer pick up a cigarette or Vape or even do the Corruptive Plant Cannabis as the Inhaling Corruption shall be removed and the addiction along with it to help maintain self control.
though in Reality it's just pipe dreams but have you ever wondered what would happen if you help others with their Addiction and problems to Addiction... the Problem will be solved someday due to the day we still look at the star's to help with such motivation on Agriculture and would look for biologists to help the main biologists and farmers as well so we can make our future more greater as well... so to others try to understand as this is the first step to add a Biologists to move forward on becoming the first of the Council members.

the time has come for a Council to be made and to replace Government for our future.
