The following weeks pass in a blur of rehearsals, meetings, and performances. My schedule is fuller than ever, and although I'm grateful for the opportunities, the pressure is starting to wear me down. I can feel the exhaustion creeping in, but I keep pushing forward, not wanting to let anyone down.

One evening, after a particularly long day, I find myself staring at my reflection in the mirror. The person looking back at me feels distant-like a version of myself I don't fully recognize. The excitement I used to feel about performing is slowly being replaced by anxiety.

I sit down on my bed, trying to clear my mind. I know I need a break, but every time I think about taking one, I'm overwhelmed by the fear of losing momentum. My phone buzzes with a new message-it's from my manager, reminding me of an important event tomorrow.

I sigh, forcing myself to get up and prepare. There's no time to rest. Not yet.
