The workshop lay hidden in an older part of San Fransokyo, untouched and quiet. Hiro hadn't stepped inside since Y/n passed, but now, with Tadashi gone too, he needed a place that felt like home—a place that still held their memory.

Inside, the air was thick with nostalgia. Y/n's blueprints covered the walls, sketches scattered across the workbench, each bearing a trace of his uncle's energy and boundless creativity. Hiro let his fingers brush over the old workbench, feeling the ache of the past settle around him.

"Hiro?"

He turned to see Aunt Cass standing in the doorway, a gentle smile on her face. She took a slow step inside, looking around with misty eyes. "I thought I'd find you here," she said softly. "I haven't been back here since... well, you know." She took a breath, her voice full of unspoken emotions. "But I get why you came."

Hiro nodded, his voice barely above a whisper. "I miss them, Aunt Cass. I miss them both. It's... it's hard."

Cass stepped closer, putting a comforting hand on his shoulder. "I miss them too, kiddo. Every day."

They stood there in silence, until a soft beep echoed from across the room. They both turned to see a console flickering to life. Hiro's curiosity drew him closer, his mind racing. The screen glowed brighter, displaying a simple message:

"Welcome, Hiro. Initiating sequence... Y/n-02."

A familiar voice filled the room.

"Hello, Hiro. Hello, Beautiful."

Cass froze, her hand flying to her mouth. Hiro stared as an image of Y/n appeared on the screen, smiling in that warm, familiar way. Though his voice held a faint digital echo, the kindness in it was exactly as Hiro remembered.

"Uncle Y/n?" Hiro whispered, his heart pounding.

The A.I. smiled softly. "Not exactly, Hiro. Just a part of him—a program he left, in case you or Beautiful needed him."

Cass took a shaky breath, her hand resting over her heart. "You... you always thought ahead," she murmured, her voice breaking. "Why would you leave this for us?"

The A.I. looked at her, his gaze gentle. "Because I wanted you both to know that you're never alone. If you needed me, I wanted you to have a reminder—to have some part of me here."

Cass let a tear slip down her cheek, her lips curving in a bittersweet smile. "That sounds just like you," she whispered.

The A.I. turned to Hiro, his expression filled with warmth. "I know losing Tadashi has left a hole, Hiro. It's hard to find direction in all that loss. But you're stronger than you think. You've always been our hope."

Hiro's voice cracked as he admitted, "I don't know what to do without either of you. I feel like I'm lost."

The A.I. smiled softly. "Then let me help you find your way. I left some projects here—ideas Tadashi and I were working on together. Maybe... you can finish what we started."

As blueprints and schematics filled the screen, Hiro and Cass leaned closer. The designs were familiar, filled with Y/n and Tadashi's careful notes. Then, the screen flickered to a small video—a memory of Y/n and Cass together, years ago.

In the video, Y/n was bent over a gadget, adjusting it as Cass leaned in beside him, a playful smile on her face.

"Are you sure that's not going to blow up?" she teased.

Y/n grinned up at her, his eyes full of mischief. "Would you believe me if I said absolutely?"

Cass laughed, swatting his arm. He responded with that same soft, steady smile. "Beautiful, you know I'd never let anything happen to you."

Cass put a hand over her mouth, watching the memory, tears slipping down her face. "He used to call me that every day," she murmured. "Even on the days I didn't feel it."

The A.I. turned back to them, his voice gentle. "Beautiful, I believed in you then, and I believe in you now. And Hiro... you carry Tadashi and me with you. We're always here."

Hiro took a deep breath, feeling warmth swell in his chest. "Thank you," he whispered, finding strength in the words. "I'll finish what you started, Uncle Y/n. For you, for Tadashi... and for Beautiful."

The console dimmed, leaving a quiet stillness in the room. Cass wrapped her arms around Hiro, pulling him into a hug. "We'll get through this together, Hiro," she whispered. "We'll carry them forward."

As they left the workshop side by side, Hiro felt a renewed sense of purpose. With Cass by his side and the love of his family behind him, he knew he was ready to face whatever came next.
