Taylor had always been deeply committed to giving back. Over the years, her charities had grown across the world, touching countless lives. But one cause, close to her heart, was the children's cancer welfare center she had set up in Kansas City. Taylor visited as often as her schedule allowed, at least once a month, making sure the kids always felt supported and loved. It was one of those places where Taylor's soul found peace, even amidst the heartbreak that sometimes came with it. These visits grounded her, reminded her of the things that truly mattered.

The day before her next visit, while she and Travis were in the middle of one of their regular rehab sessions, Travis broke the silence with a casual suggestion. "Hey, you free tomorrow? Maybe we could hang out."

Taylor hesitated for a second. She had already planned to visit the center, but then a thought crossed her mind. She glanced at Travis, something stirring inside her. "Actually, I have somewhere to be," she said thoughtfully. "But, you know what? Why don't you come with me?"

Travis looked confused but intrigued. "Oh, uh, sure. But where are we going?"

Taylor smiled, the idea becoming more appealing by the second. "I run a cancer welfare center for kids here in KC. I visit every few weeks. If you're interested, you could tag along."

Without a moment's hesitation, Travis smiled. "I'd love to come."

The next day, Taylor picked Travis up from his house. When he got into the passenger seat, his eyes widened at the sight of the backseat, which was filled with bags upon bags of toys, clothes, and gifts.

"Whoa," Travis said with a playful grin. "Are you taking the whole store with you?"

Taylor rolled her eyes but smiled fondly. "Trust me, it's not as much as it looks. If I could, I'd give those kids the entire world."

Travis's expression softened, and he looked at her with genuine admiration. "I don't doubt that for a second. But if I'd known we were bringing gifts, I'd have brought something too."

Taylor waved him off. "It's fine, Trav. Besides, they'll be more excited to see you than any gift I bring."

Travis raised an eyebrow, his lips curving into a half-smile. "Oh yeah?"

Taylor chuckled, feeling a warmth spread through her chest. "At least some of the boys will be. They're probably die-hard Chiefs fans, and meeting you will be a dream come true."

When they arrived at the center, two staff members were already waiting outside to help carry the bags. The familiar sight of the center tugged at Taylor's heart. Even though this was a place filled with the heaviness of illness, it had always felt alive—bright, colorful, filled with laughter and hope. Taylor had made sure it wasn't just a sterile hospital-like environment. The walls were covered in hand-drawn pictures, vibrant posters, and framed memories from years past. It was a space where the kids could feel like kids, despite their battles.

Anne, the center's manager, greeted them warmly, her arms outstretched for a hug. "Taylor," she said, pulling her in for a tight embrace. "It's so good to see you."

Taylor pulled back with a smile. "Anne, this is Travis Kelce," she said, introducing him with a gesture. "Travis, meet Anne, the queen of this place."

Anne smiled, shaking Travis's hand. "I've heard a lot about you," she said kindly. "Thank you for coming."
