Entering the lion's den, fear gripped one's heart, followed by a crushing weight of regret for such a foolish choice. This was everyone's thoughts the moment Ayanokouji stepped into the door. Although most of them don't know him personally, they still felt bad for the boy to fall into Ryuuen’s trap.
The school’s unique system was still covered in mysteries. Class and individual points were linear, yet could meet anytime especially when it comes to punishment.
Ryuuen has already tested the water. A brawl would only result in either a suspension, and both class and private points deduction, or a suspension and only individual points deduction, he thought. So he's confident to sacrifice a small amount of points for his long-term plan; planting fear in his future opponents' hearts.
Completely oblivious that he's messing with the wrong person.
While Ryuuen was grinning hard, Ayanokouji on the other hand was at peace. All of his worries faded after realizing he arrived on time, no harm was done to her or else he could not forgive himself.
He gently wiped her tears, not a single word was said, but his presence was enough to calm her trembling body.
The two of them were like in a different world, away from reality, completely ignoring the current problem. Even Ryuuen stopped grinning from seeing how focused they were on each other.
Ayanokouji held her still trembling hand, his fingers interlocked hers, then turned to face Ryuuen.
“Finally, you snapped out from your own dream, Ayanokouji,” he laughed. “I started to worry that I need to sneak up to you just for you to wake up.”
His eyes glinted, thirst for battle.
The students quickly ran from their seats and tried to push themselves to the room's corners. Not wanting to be caught in the middle of the brewing brawl.
‘This guy is crazy.’
“Let’s move to another venue, Ryuuen.” His voice was calm.
“Ku ku ku,” he laughed. “You have the nerve to waltz in my territory and now you're asking that we change the place? Hilarious, now that you're already here Ayanokouji, why don't we finish what we started.”
Ryuuen cracked his neck, then his fingers, excitedly ready to throw hands.
“You really want to let the whole school know how I will kick your ass.” he pulled her behind to cover her in case Ryuuen would suddenly attack.
Nino was terrified of what's about to happen. She's knowledgeable to some extent of her classmate's violent tendencies; he wouldn't care of the place or one's gender, if you earned his irk, you would surely receive it.
Hearing Ayanokouji’s confidence, Ryuuen snickered while holding his belly, “Seriously? Ku ku ku, well since you wanted to be pummeled that badly, then,” he snapped his fingers. “Let’s see what you're capable of.”
Four familiar students appeared from behind; three boys who were suspended for the time being and one short-haired tomboy.
“I have been waiting for this.” Ishizaki cracked his fingers.
Although he’s surrounded by five fighters, there was not even a pint of fear in his eyes, he's terrifyingly calm. Ayanokouji silently sized them up, aside from the unconscious Albert, only Ryuuen could at least put up a fight.
There was no longer an escape to his current predicament. His original plan wouldn't be enough, no, it would not matter anymore as the other side was seriously determined to settle the score.
