 Meera's pov

Today was a big day; we were out for a hunt for outfits! Shopping for our pre-wedding ceremonies felt like a whirlwind of excitement and nerves. I was with Abhimaan Bhaisa at the office, and we would be heading directly to the mall to join the rest of the family. Since we had a busy day ahead, I opted for some casual—comfortable jeans and a flowy top that would keep me feeling at ease while we navigated through the chaos of the mall.

As we drove, I felt a mix of anticipation and a flutter of nerves. I couldn't help but wonder how many outfits we would actually end up trying on. The thought of all the colours, styles, and fabrics made my heart race. With the wedding approaching, it was all becoming so real, and I was thrilled yet slightly overwhelmed by it all.

"Are you ready for this, Meera?" Abhimaan asked, glancing over at me with a teasing smile. "You do know you're going to be trying on a thousand outfits, right?"

I chuckled, rolling my eyes playfully. "Oh, come on! It's not that bad. Plus, it'll be fun to pick out what I'll wear for the mehendi and haldi ceremonies. We'll make a day of it!"

Abhimaan grinned, his enthusiasm infectious. "You're right. And don't forget about the Sangeet! We'll need to find something that really stands out for that."

I nodded, feeling a spark of excitement. "Something colourful and sparkly! I want to dance the night away in something that feels magical."

The mall came into view, and I felt a rush of adrenaline. As we parked and walked toward the entrance, I could already see my family gathered by the entrance. They were all animated, discussing the first store we should hit. The energy was palpable, and it felt like the perfect setting for a day filled with laughter and shopping.

"Looks like we made it just in time!" Abhimaan said as we joined the group, the buzz of chatter and laughter wrapping around us like a warm hug

I touched everyone's feet,

"Hi Meera beta!" Arundhati Aunty greeted me warmly, her smile wide and inviting.

"Aunty? Kaun aunty?" I asked playfully, raising an eyebrow.

"Beta, call me Maa or anything you please, but not aunty!" she said, mock-scolding me with a twinkle in her eye. I couldn't help but chuckle at her lively spirit.

"Arey, Maine bhi gunha nahi kiya bhai! Call me Baba!" Anirudh Uncle chimed in, feigning indignation.

"Okay, Maa, Baba," I replied with a grin, feeling a warm sense of belonging envelop me.

"Achaa chalo, let's move to the store!" Papa urged, and we all shuffled inside, the excitement palpable in the air. The store was bustling, filled with vibrant fabrics and dazzling designs. I could feel my heart race with the possibilities.

"Hi, Bhabhi!!" Dhruv, Devi, Dev, Saira, and Kabeer exclaimed in unison, their voices bright and cheerful.

"Hi!!" I responded, my smile growing as I absorbed their infectious energy.
