Meera's pov

The day was buzzing with excitement as I walked alongside Saira and Devi through the upscale shopping district, the soft hum of the city surrounding us. The thought of the honeymoon was both thrilling and nerve-wracking—Adhyay had planned something special, and I could hardly wait, but a part of me was anxious, caught between the anticipation and the secrecy of it all.

"Okay, we need to find the perfect dresses for your honeymoon!" Devi said, grinning as she linked arms with me. "Bhai sa's gonna lose his mind when he sees you in these."

I laughed softly, trying to push aside the nerves that came with the thought of how much Adhyay was looking forward to this trip. "I just want something comfortable, something that makes me feel good. I don't want to go overboard."

Saira, always the more composed one, looked over at me with a teasing glint in her eye. "Oh, trust me, when you're with Bhai sa, 'comfortable' will turn into 'sensual' the second you put it on. You need to pick things that will keep him on his toes."

I rolled my eyes, but couldn't suppress a smile. Saira always knew how to get under my skin with her sharp, playful comments. "Well, if it's a surprise for him, I want to make sure I get the right vibe, you know?"

We stopped in front of a boutique that seemed to have everything I could want—classy, elegant pieces that didn't scream too much attention but exuded an understated allure. Saira pulled me inside, and Devi, as always, was quick to start picking out various items.

"Try this one on!" Devi exclaimed, holding up a satin, soft blue dress with a plunging neckline and a high slit. "This screams 'I'm ready for my honeymoon,' doesn't it?"

I hesitated for a moment before laughing and taking the dress from her. "Alright, alright, I'll try it on. But don't expect too much," I added, stepping into the changing room.

As I pulled the dress on, the smooth fabric felt luxurious against my skin, and for a moment, I stood there, just admiring the way it fit. It wasn't over the top but definitely had a sexy, romantic flair that I knew would drive Adhyay crazy.

When I stepped out, Saira and Devi both grinned, giving me a once-over before nodding in approval.

"That's it," Saira said with a mischievous smile. "Bhai sa won't be able to take his eyes off you Bhabhi."

I blushed, pulling the dress closer around me, trying to hide my nerves. "Do you think it's too much?"

"Absolutely not," Devi replied, her eyes lighting up. "You look stunning. And he's going to love it."

We spent the next few hours picking out a few more outfits—light, flowing pieces for the beach days and some more daring lingerie for the intimate nights. I was both excited and overwhelmed, but one thing was for sure: I was ready for this trip with Adhyay, ready to create memories with him in a way that felt both personal and special.

As we finally left the boutique, bags in hand, Devi leaned into me, her eyes twinkling. "You're going to have an amazing time. This is exactly what you deserve after everything."

As we headed back to the car, the excitement of the day felt like it was catching up to me, and I couldn't help but feel a mixture of joy and apprehension. I was eager to see Adhyay's reaction to the outfits we'd picked out for the honeymoon. Still, a part of me was holding onto the weight of my secret mission—an ongoing tension that lurked in the back of my mind.

Saira must have sensed my mood shift because she nudged me gently. "Hey, you okay?"

I gave her a soft smile, trying to push the dark thoughts away. "Yeah, just a little tired. It's been a long day."
