Meera's Pov
I woke up to the sound of my phone ringing. It was 5 a.m. and I groggily answered the call.
"This is a wake-up call, Bhabhi... I'm ready, waiting in the garden!" Kabeer said, his voice full of energy. I smiled at his words before hanging up.
I glanced beside me and found myself nestled in the world's safest arms... my husband. Adhyay. Getting out of his embrace was difficult, and honestly, I didn't want to leave. But I had to.
Slowly, I moved away from the warmth of Adhyay's arms and got off the bed. Quietly, I made my way to the closet and picked out a beautiful white sweater dress.

I then entered the washroom, and within 15 minutes, I was ready. As I walked out of the closet, I found Adhyay still sleeping peacefully, his face serene. I kissed his forehead softly, hoping not to disturb him, and quietly walked out of the room.
I went to Ruhaan's room, where he was still in deep slumber. He looked so much like his father, so peaceful. I kissed his forehead, but as I did, he stirred, his eyes opening sleepily.
"Maa..." he mumbled groggily.
"Yes, baby..." I said softly, caressing his hair.
"Are you going to the Church?" he asked, still half asleep, his tiny voice barely audible.
"Hmmm... how did you know?" I asked, amused.
"It's yours and Baba's anniversary, no? That's why!" he said with a yawn.
"Yes, my little prince!" I said, kissing his cheek gently. He drifted back to sleep almost immediately, and I quietly made my way out of the room.
"Good morning, Bhabhi!" Kabeer greeted me cheerfully as I entered the living room.
"Good morning," I replied, my eyes lingering on him for a second. He was dressed in a white sweatshirt and cream pants, looking as relaxed as always.
