Dhruv, Dev, and Devi entered the office together, chatting amongst themselves and teasing one another as usual. But as they walked down the hall, they couldn't help but notice the murmurs and bewildered expressions on the faces of the employees. Something was definitely up.

"Did you hear what happened?" one employee whispered as they passed. "Sir actually smiled at me today..."

"Maybe he just has good news?" another ventured.

The trio exchanged puzzled glances. Adhyay Bhaisa, smiling at employees? This had to be a joke. They quickened their pace, curiosity taking over. By the time they reached his office, Rajat was standing outside, looking both amused and relieved.

"Rajat," Devi said, quirking an eyebrow. "What's going on? Why is everyone acting like they've seen a ghost?"

Rajat couldn't hold back a grin as he looked at the three of them. "Well, if you're ready to be surprised, go in and see for yourselves."

Dhruv's eyes narrowed suspiciously, but with a playful grin he knocked and opened the door. "Bhaisa! Morning!" he said, strolling in with the others.

Adhyay looked up from his desk, his expression calm, almost serene, and... smiling. "Morning, everyone. How are you all?"

The three of them froze, looking at him like he'd grown a second head. Adhyay Bhaisa was known for his cool composure, but today there was a warmth and ease to his demeanour that was... new.

"Uh... we're good, Bhaisa," Dev said slowly, glancing at Devi and Dhruv as if to confirm that they were all seeing the same thing.

Adhyay's smile only grew as he gestured for them to sit. "Good to hear. Let's make today productive, alright? I'm in a great mood."

Devi looked at him, then at Rajat, clearly at a loss for words. "Are you... are you sure everything's okay, Bhaisa?"

Rajat chuckled, finally deciding to put them out of their misery. "Relax, everyone. Adhyay Sir is fine. In fact, more than fine." He paused, savoring the moment before adding, "He's just... in love."

The three siblings exchanged stunned looks, processing this revelation. Dhruv was the first to break into a grin, nudging Adhyay playfully. "Ah, so that's what it is! Our Bhaisa has finally been tamed by Bhabhi sa!"

Adhyay laughed, a sound that seemed to surprise even him. "It's not exactly that," he replied, though a slight flush of embarrassment touched his cheeks. "But yes, Meera has made things... different."

Devi's face lit up, her eyes shining with mischief. "Well, Bhaisa, I'm going to have to get used to this softer, happier side of you! Bhabhi sa really is a miracle worker!"

Dev chimed in with a chuckle. "This is the first time I've seen you actually enjoy work, Bhaisa."

Adhyay shook his head, unable to hide his amusement. "Alright, alright. I get it. Enough teasing, all of you. Let's get back to work."

Dhruv, Devi, and Dev exchanged a final look, a mixture of admiration and playful disbelief, before nodding. They all felt a deep sense of gratitude for Meera, who had brought out a side of Adhyay they'd never imagined they'd see.

As they left his office, Devi leaned over to Rajat, grinning. "Well, I think we're all going to need some time to adjust to this new Bhaisa!"

Rajat laughed, nodding in agreement. "Trust me, you're not alone."

Siddharth strode into Adhyay's office, fully expecting the usual business-like welcome-a nod, a handshake, maybe a wry smile if he was lucky. But today, as he entered, Adhyay looked up with an unmistakably warm smile, his eyes lighting up as he stood to greet him.
