It's been a month since I gave Manny back the ring. I talked to him for the first time two weeks ago. We fucked too. I cut it off after that.

My cousin is having a formal all black party. She rented out this place. She gone have a nice dinner, it's an open bar, with a few photo ops, and a 360 camera.

I walked in and greeted the people I knew. While I was hugging my cousin I laid eyes on Manny. He was talking to Khalid. While I was looking at him he looked at me. "Take me to the bar.", I said looking at my cousin. We linked arms and went to the bar.
The bartender softly smiled at us as he grabbed two cups. "What can I get you beautiful ladies this evening?", he asked looking back and forth between us. My cousin got Henny and Coke, I got straight up Hennessy. We put a few dollars in his tip jar before grabbing our drinks and leaving.
We went our separate ways. While I was looking at the set up Manny came next to me. I deeply exhaled. "I ain't come on no bullshit, I just came to say hello.", he said as I sipped my drink.
"Hello Emanuel.", I said looking at him.
"You look beautiful."
"I know."
"You still mad at me Jaz?", he asked tilting his head. I just looked at him.
"I thought you was different. You the same as these ain't shit ass niggas.", I said to him before walking away.

A sung and danced alone to I Luv Her in a video with my cousin. Everybody drunk feeling good.
The bartender came in the video and started dancing with us. We been exchanging looks all night. He fine I can't lie. We locked eyes and started dancing with each other. He had his hand on my hip while I looked back at him and grined. My cousin smacked my ass and gassed me up.
I put my hand on his neck as we both got more into it and more people hyped us up. As the song ended we stopped and everybody moved around. I grabbed my phone and stopped the video. "Lock me in.", he said as I locked my phone.
"Lock you in?", I asked with a grin. He smiled making me chuckle. I playfully rolled my eyes and looked away. I laid eyes on Manny. Man, if looks could kill me and the bartender would be done. I looked back at him. "Make me a drink."
"Come on." I followed him to the bar. People started helping themselves. He ain't care he was lit too I watched him as he went behind the bar and grabbed us two cups and the bottle of Hennessy. I followed him to a table and we sat down. "I'm Andre.", he said as he poured us each a shot.
"Jaz.", I responded holding out my hand. He grabbed it and kissed it. I smiled. We grabbed our cups and hit them before taking the shots. It's going down like water now. "You is kinda cute Andre.", I said rubbing the side of his face. He chuckled showing his perfect teeth. "Your teeth perfect too.", I said softly grabbing his beard making him smile wider.
"Thank you.", he said as he put his hand on my thigh. Manny came and sat across from us. He mugged Andre and looked at me. "Can I help you?", he asked scooting closer to the table. Many chuckled.
"Yeah go make me a drink.", Manny said throwing a few dollars at Andre face. I covered my mouth as I lowly gasped. Andre chuckled.
"Ion know what the fuck your got going on but don't bring me into no messy ass shit.", Andre said throwing the money in my face. Before I could react Manny did.
Manny reached over the table and pulled him across it. Manny got a few hits in. It was quickly broken up before they got into it for real. Khalid tried calming Manny down as the bartender was escorted out. "Naw that nigga lucky I ain't break his fucking face!", I heard Manny yell behind a group of people.
I went and apologized to my cousin for them fighting at her party before making my way to Manny. Me and Khalid got him calm enough to walk out the party himself. We all left with Manny. Khalid sat in the back and me and Manny in the front.
We drove in silence. "So what happened? Why you take off on the bartender?", Khalid asked.
"You mean Jaz new boyfriend?", Manny asked glancing at me.
"Boy not too fucking much."
"Shit I watched you damn near fuck the nigga on the floor! Fuck you mean? Looking back at him and shit. Rubbin' all on yo' ass!"
"The same thing you was doing with that bitch at the damn club!", I yelled punching him in his face.
"Jaz chill.", Khalid said from the back. Manny pulled over.
"Jazmine you gone stop putting your fucking hands on me like I'm a damn punching bag! I don't put my hands on you so don't put your fucking hands on me!"
"What the fuck you gone-" I stopped talking and started hitting him Khalid quickly got between us and stopped me.
"Jazmine stop!", Khalid yelled as he held my hands. I heard the car door slam. Khalid let me go then he got out. I listened to them argue for a few minutes before I got out and started ordering me a Uber.
"Jazmine get in the damn car.", I heard Manny say as he walked to me.
"Ian-" I was cut off my him picked me up and tossing me over his shoulder. "Wait, why I kinda like this?", I laughed kicking my feet up. Manny tossed me in the back with Khalid and closed the door. "Why he got us back here like some bad ass kids?", I laughed laying on Khalid.
"Bro shut up.", Khalid laughed laying on my head. "Cuz we both sorry no bullshit. My nigga love you for real." I sat up and looked at him.
"I love him too. That was fucked up though."
"Yeah well you got your get back so what's the hold up now?" Before I could respond Manny got in the car.
"Manny take me to get something to eat. I want some pancakes."
