Thor sees how fidgety Loki was and he whispers, "Calm down brother. You're too nervous." Loki whispers back, "I can't help myself, brother. In a few minutes I'm going to be marrying the love of my life." Odin clears his throat to get Loki and Thor's attention. They quickly stopped talking. Odin then taps his staff two times and speaks to the crowd, "We are here to witness the union of my son, Prince Loki, the god of mischief, to Serenity, the goddess of love and purity." Odin then raised his right hand and motions for the doors to open. When the big golden doors opened, Serenity stood there in the doorway. When Loki saw his finacee, his eyes got big. He couldn't believe how beautiful she was, the dress she wore accented her curves and it just made him want her even more. Odin then waves at Serenity for her to make her way down the aisle to the throne. As Serenity walked down the aisle, every eye was on her and every head turned as she walked but Serenity only had eyes for Loki. When Cupid and Zeus saw Serenity, they smiled. Cupid whispers to Zeus, "She looks absolutely beautiful." Zeus nods his head yes.
Once Serenity reaches the throne, she looks at Loki and smiles. Loki smiles back at Serenity. Odin begins to speak, "Quiet, quiet, and we will begin the ceremony. Now, let's begin. Loki of Asgard, do you take this woman as your lawful wife, do you pledge your faithfulness and loyalty to your future queen, will you protect her and care for her, will you be a good provider to her, will you stand by her side in all things, and will you love her for all eternity?" Loki said, "I do, your majesty." Then speaks to Serenity, "Serenity of Olympus do you take this man as your lawful husband, are you prepared to uphold the Asgardian tradition, will you defend the throne from any threat that may come, do you pledge your faithfulness and loyalty to your future king, will you continue the royal bloodline of Odinson, will you stand by his side in all things and will you love him for all eternity? Serenity said, "I do, your majesty." With that Odin bangs his staff on the ground. Then announces to the guests, "I Odin the All Father, hereby claim this marriage is official and Serenity shall be part of the royal family as Queen of Asgard. Should there be anyone here to object, let it be known now." There was silence among the guests. "I Odin proclaim them to be King and Queen of Asgard." There were cheers from the guests in the palace as the new king and queen kissed.
Cupid and Zeus walk up to Loki and Serenity, "You look absolutely beautiful sis." Zeus said, "Yes, my dear your brother is right, you look absolutely beautiful. Your parents don't know what they are missing." Cupid said, "Grandfather, don't mention them. I'm sure that Serenity doesn't want to hear about them, especially not today of all days." Zeus said, "Yes, you are right grandson. I'm sorry Serenity, I didn't mean to upset you." Serenity said, "I'm ok grandfather. It doesn't bother me anymore. I've come to realize that they just don't care for me." Loki puts his arm around his new bride. Serenity looks up at Loki, "I'm ok Loki." Loki asked, "Are you sure darling? You don't seem ok." Serenity said, "I'll admit it does hurt a little bit that they didn't even bother to show up but then again, it was probably for the best that they didn't." Loki said, "Yes, darling it was for the best because I don't think I would have been able to control my temper. Especially knowing how they treated you." Zeus said, "This is a happy occasion not a sad one. Let's celebrate the new couple." Zeus held up his glass of mead, "To the new king and queen of Asgard." Everyone else followed Zeus' actions, they all held up their glasses to salute the new king and queen. Serenity lays her head on Loki's shoulder. He in turn tightens his hold on her waist.
Frigga comes rushing over to Loki and Serenity, "Oh, my dear, I'm so happy for you both. I finally have a daughter." Frigga hugs Serenity tightly. Loki stood there smiling at his mother and Serenity. Odin walks up to Frigga, "Dear, don't squeeze her to death. She and Loki just got married, and I'm sure that Loki doesn't want to lose his wife so soon." Then Odin laughs. Frigga said, "Oh, be quiet Odin. I'm just happy for them, that's all." Odin said, "Yes, dear." Zeus laughs along with Odin, "It seems that my granddaughter has a new mother and a better one at that." Frigga said, "Yes, she is more than welcome to call me mother anytime. In fact, it would be an honor if she did." Serenity said, "Thank you......mother." Frigga started to tear up, "Oh, my dear you're going to make me cry." Serenity said, "I didn't mean to do that." Frigga said, "Oh, it's alright dear. I'm just so happy that Loki found a good woman like you. It's not too often that a mother approves of her son's choice in women." Loki said, "Oh, mother. Serenity doesn't want to hear about that." Serenity smiled, "Oh, I don't know, it would be interesting to know what kind of women that my now husband used to date." Loki said, "But baby there's no need to know about the other women because they don't even come close to you, darling. You are by far the best." Serenity smiled, "Am I really?" Loki said, "Of course, you are darling." Frigga said, "Of course, you are dear. I didn't care for any of those other women who went after Loki." Loki said, "Mother?" Frigga said, "Oh, I'm sorry son. I didn't mean to embarrass you." Serenity laughed softly. Loki looks over at Serenity laughing, happy that she wasn't mad or jealous over his past relations. Loki asked, "You're not mad dear?" Serenity said, "Why would I be mad? What you did before me is your business. Just as long as you don't do it now." She smiled. Loki smiles back at her, "Oh believe me baby, I don't want anyone but you. So, what's in the past is in the past." Serenity said, "Good. I would hate to have to fight for you." Loki laughed, "Don't worry baby, you won't." Serenity smiles at Loki and he smiles back. Loki takes Serenity's hands, "Let's go to our chambers. I have been waiting for this night for a long time." He said mischievously.
