Chapter 4

Serenity's eyes got big, "What? What did you say?" Loki smiles, "Yes, you heard me right. I want to marry you." Serenity said, "But you don't even know me that well. How do you know that we are capable?" Loki said, "Because my heart tells me that you are the one for me and I always listen to my heart." Serenity said, "But what about what I told you about my parents? If you marry me then they will think that they have won." Loki said, "I will marry you, Serenity but there will be no exchange of Asgardian land to your parents." Serenity replies, "But isn't it customary to give land to the parents of the bride?" Loki answered, "Yes, it is customary but after I tell my father what your parents are planning, he will back me up on this." Serenity said, "But we haven't even dated, kissed or anything else. How are you so sure that you will even like being with me? And there is my shyness, how will we ever make a connection?" She drops her head once more. Loki lifted her head up once again and said tenderly, "Don't look away from me, my dear. I want to see your beautiful eyes looking at me." Serenity slowly looked at Loki, he could tell that her shyness was taking over. Loki pulls Serenity close to him and then he leans over and kisses her very tenderly on lips. It was the first time that she had ever been kissed by a man and she didn't know how to react to him. Loki could feel her inexperience as he kissed her, and it only made him want her more. Loki pulls her even closer, their bodies are now flushed against each other. He deepens the kiss; his tongue slipped between her lips and found its way into her mouth. His tongue searching for hers in a heated kiss. Serenity attempted to kiss him back, but she fumbled as she did so. The simple fact that she was even attempting to kiss him back, made Loki kiss her more eagerly, wanting to taste every little inch of her mouth. His hands began to roam over her body, touching every part of it. This made Serenity really nervous.

Loki lifts his head and looks into Serenity's eyes, "I love you Serenity and I know that you feel the same way about me. I could feel it when you attempted to kiss me back." Serenity replies, "I.....I didn't mean to do that. I don't know what came over me. I'm sorry." Loki said, "I'm not. I enjoyed it immensely. I love the shy way that you kiss me, and your pure innocence is adorable. You will make a great queen my dear." Serenity shakes her head no, "You can't be serious. I....I...I'm not worthy of you. You deserve someone better." Loki replies, "Don't say that about yourself. You are worthy of my love and affection, and I don't want anyone else but you." Serenity's eyes look down at the floor. Loki puts his hand on her cheek, "Don't look away from me, my dear. I want to see your lovely eyes looking at me." Serenity looks into Loki's eyes, and she could see the love that he had for her. Loki takes Serenity's hands in his, "I want you to stay here with me tonight."
Serenity said, "But I.....I can't. My parents will be here any minute to take me back to Olympus." Loki's eyes darken with a hint of anger. "I won't let them take you away from me. You belong here with me and that's where you are staying." Serenity starts to speak but is cut off by Loki, "But I..." "There's no buts Serenity. You are staying here on Asgard with me. Period." Loki said firmly but yet gently at the same time.
