"That's great. I liked your idea, and we will work on it," Arjun said warmly to the employee sitting across from him.

The employee, who had been very nervous a moment ago, now smiled widely. He could not believe what he had just heard.

"Seriously, sir?" he asked, his voice full of excitement and surprise.

Arjun nodded.

"Yes. And I want you to supervise this entire project."

His eyes grew wide in shock.

"What? But how? I mean, I just joined recently, and I don't have much experience," he stammered.

Arjun gave him a gentle smile and replied, "We believe in passion more than experience. Your idea shows how excited and dedicated you are. I'm sure you'll do a great job. And don't worry about experience-it will come with time."

Hearing this, the employee's eyes filled with tears. He felt overwhelmed by the trust Arjun had shown in him.

"Thank you so much, sir. Thank you! I promise I won't let you down. I will do my best," he said, his voice shaking with emotion.

Arjun smiled and dismissed him. The employee left the room with a big smile.

Arjun leaned back in his chair and took a deep breath. His eyes went to the photographs on his desk, and a soft smile came to his face.

There were two pictures. One was of him as a child, about seven or eight years old, standing with his mother and father. The other was a recent photo of him with his father, Siya, and their little daughter Arya.

Looking at the photos, Arjun felt emotional. Life has changed so much. There was a time when he couldn't even smile, and his face always looked angry. He used to be rude, arrogant, and immature. He didn't care about anyone's feelings or efforts. But now, everything is different.

The anger on his face was gone, replaced by a warm and constant smile. Arjun had become a calm and mature family man. He had learned how to treat people kindly, appreciate their hard work, and trust them.

He couldn't believe how much he had changed. This change wasn't easy, and it didn't happen by itself.

It was all because of Siya. Siya wasn't just his wife-she was his strength, his guide, and the light in his life. Their journey together hadn't been easy. They had faced many challenges, and there were times when their relationship almost ended. But love had kept them together. Love was the strongest force, it helped them get through even the hardest times.

Siya was a blessing in his life. She had brought happiness and color to his once dull and lonely world. She had given him a reason to smile and made his life meaningful.

Arjun smiled softly as he looked at her face in the photo. She was everything to him.

His eyes fell on the photo of Arya, his daughter, where she was sitting on his lap, smiling lovingly at the camera. Gently running his fingers over the picture, he whispered, "I love you so much, princess."

Arya is his entire world.

He still clearly remembered the first time he held his daughter in his arms. That moment was the most beautiful one of his life. He felt he could endure any pain or face any loss, but the thought of a single tear in his daughter's eyes shook him deeply. He loved her more than anything, and Arya adored him just as much. She was truly a daddy's princess.
