COMMENT A LOT ON THIS CHAP (I want to see your reactions)
THE NEXT MORNING, I woke up to the soft sunlight streaming through the windows of the cottage. I rubbed my eyes, feeling a bit dazed and still heavy with sleep. As I sat up, I noticed that Hanni and Danielle were gone. The cozy warmth of the blankets felt inviting, but I couldn't shake off the confusion. Where had they gone? I glanced around the room, hoping to find some sign of them, but the space was quiet, the soft rustle of leaves outside the only sound breaking the stillness.
After a moment of hesitation, I brushed off the unease. They must have gone to grab breakfast or something, I thought, shaking my head slightly. I got out of bed, the cool floor sending a little shiver up my spine. I made my way back to my own cottage, the familiar path winding through the trees. Without Hanni and Danielle's laughter, the walk felt oddly lonely.
As I opened the door to my cottage, I took a quick look around to make sure Jungwon wasn't inside. The room was empty, and the quietness felt comforting. I rushed in, the urgency of the morning pressing against me. I quickly changed into my clothes, wishing I had taken a bit more time to enjoy the morning. I brushed my teeth in a hurry, the minty taste refreshing but not enough to shake off the lingering sleepiness.
Suddenly, my phone buzzed in my pocket, pulling my attention away from my hurried routine. I fumbled to pull it out, my heart skipping a beat as I opened a message from Hanni.

A sigh escaped my lips as I glanced at my outfit. I had already chosen something comfortable but not exactly photo-worthy. With no time to waste, I rummaged through my bag, searching for something more fitting. I found a pretty yet fancy set of clothes that made me feel good. Quickly, I slipped them on, feeling a rush of excitement as I accessorized with some delicate jewelry. I styled my hair, letting it fall softly around my shoulders, and applied a touch of makeup, hoping to look my best.
Finally satisfied with how I looked, I stepped outside. The fresh morning air filled my lungs, but I soon noticed the horizon was already dipping. My eyes widened in panic as I realized the sun was setting. Had I really taken that long to get ready? Oh right, I recalled, we had stayed up late watching the show, laughing and talking until we could barely keep our eyes open.
With a frustrated sigh, I sprinted toward the photo booth where everyone was gathering. I could hear the sounds of laughter and chatter growing louder as I got closer. "Students! Please huddle up as we don't want to miss the sunset!" one of the teachers announced, their voice echoing with excitement.
