A pain was all that he could feel, first felt before his sight came back, however that wasn't anything, everything being a blurred dark mess. His limbs began to ache, trying to sit up, his body felt entrapped, barely able to move. Looking down he managed to make out the bright silver lining his wrist, hearing a light rattle when he tried moving his limbs.
He couldn't make anything out, the room entrapped in darkness. Like always.
What did I do this time?
Y/n would wonder, closing his eyes and leaning it against the back of what he presumed to be his bed frame, feeling a soft fabric hit the back of his head. Nausea seemed to fill his head, almost wanting to throw up.
Eventually a few minutes passed, constantly shifting in his place, his body aching beyond belief. He'd presume a few hours had passed, like always, leaving now sound nor light. How long would he be punished this time? Maybe James will keep him in for a month like he's always threatened. Yet none of those questions mattered, on days like this he couldn't do anything to pass the time but sleep. So that's what he did, closing his eyes, and trying to get into the comfiest position he could, the darkness not changing in the slightest making him question if his eyes have been closed the entire time or not.
Even when opening he wasn't too confident in himself. They were open, his body so exhausted he couldn't feel the flutter of his eyelashes. It was always a weird type of sleep, but sleep nonetheless. Hoping that when he wakes up in the morning, he'll be freed, and allowed to hang out with his friends again.
A sharp pain ripped through Y/n's side, gasping awake his body hunched over, clutching his side in pain, looking to his side he immediately closed his eyes again, nearly blinded from the light. "Hmph, took you long enough to wake up." A female's voice sneered out, opening his eyes, his view took a bit of time to adjust, soon enough able to make out a worker drone with a purple glow, and a beanie. LED lights seemed to be filling the room. "Who th-" "Shut it!" She interrupted, jabbing a railgun into his chest. "You speak when I tell you too, got it?"
Y/n didn't respond, too scared and confused from the weapon pressed hard against his ribs. This seemed to please her enough, the drone stepped away, keeping the gun trained on him, hopping onto a swivel chair she kept the railgun in one of her hands, crossing one leg over the other, resting her chin on her palm. "So, human, you a JCJ worker?" The drone almost seemed disgusted in saying human alone, glare never ending.
"Y-Yeah? Well I mean technically a volunte-" "Yeah you can stop talking now." She interrupted, waving him off dismissively without a care, shuffling up in her seat to get a bit more comfy. "So, why are you here?" "I don't know... I forgot." The drone rolled her eyes, shaking her head. 'Huh, they're really hiring any idiot out there huh?' She commented under her breath. "Well then, how'd you get here? you obviously had to have some sort of pod, right?"
"Yeah, but it's damaged so I don't know how useful it even is. Doubt it could be fixed." He answered truthfully, the drone glaring at him worse, as if having offended her somehow. "That won't be an issue. Now, where is it?" She demanded, leaning forward. "Uhhh... Somewhere. Don't really know north from south in this, what is this a closet?" Looking around Y/n finally noticed where he was, finding the soft cloth he was feeling wasn't a bedsheet, but instead a hoodie. Which all seemed to be the exact same hoodie and purple shirt.
