The gentle breeze of the night air swept through V's hair, snow gently falling on her body, melting in an instant; the night was calm and peaceful. The murderous drone lying atop a tilted skyscraper, held together by hopes and dreams it felt. Arms crossed behind her back, eyes half lidded, looking up to the starry night, unable to stop herself from comparing it to the sky of Earth. Even then, was it always so... Calm? So quiet? Closing her eyes fully, she removed her hands from behind her head, resting them by her side, one draped over her stomach, the back of her head nestled against the built-up snow. 'This is so stupid.' V grumbled in annoyance, forcing herself to sit up, glancing to her side, mind trailing off to pulsating want in her chest. The image of Y/n constantly coming to the front. It's like her feelings were kicked to 11 in one day. It almost felt fake with the sudden increase, but she just couldn't help but want it to be real.

Were these feelings genuine?

That question was seared into her mind, and she was scared of the right answer. Before these memories came back, she had a fondness for him; that was for sure, he was intriguing. But back then, she was so consumed by emotions. It felt so weird. Could those feelings even count anymore? She's not that shy and innocent little drone anymore; she's gone now. So why?

Growling out in annoyance, V slammed her palm into her forehead, trying to force it to settle down, only garnering a headache in the process. Standing up with a tired sigh she walked to the edge of the building, letting herself fall down, a bored look plastered over her face as she fell dozens of floors, unreactive as the ground neared glosser, not a worry in mind before letting her wings sprout from her spine about two thirds down, shooting back towards the bunker, wind smacking harshly against her, the sound muting out her mind for a bit, finding more comfort there.

Once again, she took the forged entrance through the broken ceiling, noting a few bars in place of it, an outline for the construction. Guess it was finally getting fixed. Sucked she'd have to start talking to the drones again for entry, but it could have been worse. Dropping to the floor, she walked through the bunker, blocking out everyone, her sights narrowed, everything else unimportant, the other workers meaning nothing to her. Stopping at a wooden door, V raised her hand and knocked on it, waiting two minutes before the door opened; the blonde worker behind it groaned in annoyance as she walked over and opened it. "Ugh, what do you want? I'm trying to get my beauty sleep." Lizzy groaned, not in her usual uniform, but instead in a pink gown, with her hair tied up differently, and her hard hat nowhere to be seen. "I need to talk. It's... Important." V was hesitant to say that word, Lizzy groaning dramatically, head dropping back as she stepped aside. "You get 15 minutes. Come on." Lizzy waved lazily for V to follow as they walked into her room, V choosing to stand while Lizzy sat on her bed, ready to go back to sleep when she left.

"So, what's so urgent you had to wake me up?" Lizzy questioned in annoyance, chin resting in her palm. "I... I think I have a... A crush." V hated saying that word, unsure of the feeling, she didn't know if she liked the idea or loathed it. Lizzy meanwhile, just looked annoyed, smacking the back of her head into the wall. "You're joking." She mutely spoke, V taking offense to this. "Hey! I'm being serious here, I don't know what to think. This is all so new and weird and... and cringy." V spoke with a slight shiver, feeling uneasy as she talked about it further. "Is it that human?" She spoke with a tired sigh, already knowing the answer. V was shocked she guessed so quickly. "N-No!... But, yeah... Don't be weird about it!" V panickly stammered out, trying to sound forceful as her mind was only further scattered. "Why did I have to be woken up for this?" Lizzy whined out. "You're starting to sound like the purple weirdo." She continued on, just wanting to sleep. "Fuck off. Are you going to help or not?" V growled, crossing her arms. "Help what? You like him, he likes you. I figured you two were already getting at it." She tiredly explained, V confused by the statement. "You think he likes me? Even now?" Instantly, Lizzy face-palmed. "Bitch absolutely." Lizzy sounded as if she's had to repeat this dozens of times, sick of it already.
