Luckily, after I calmed down and washed out my mouth, I was normal again.
I'm just glad that Wyatt is being cooperative. Normally, Wyatt would be joking around and teasing me, but he's not because just two months ago, I was on the other side. Wyatt was the one in the stall puking his brains out because of this girl named Sydney that he liked.
But anyway, I am Hudson again. Not some soft kid who throws up when a girl likes him. Be cool. No distractions. Eye on the prize; winning the baseball tournament. But, unfortunately, (or is it fortunately?) I ran into Keira as I was leaving the school for the day.
"Hey Hudson!" She winks and waves me over.
"Hey..." I feel my feet making their way over.
She studies me for a second before saying, "Wait, don't you have to be at baseball?"
"Yeah, yeah, I guess I do."
"Alright, see ya around!" She gets a spring in her step and plants one on my cheek before skipping away. My eyes go wide as my hand flies to my cheek. As I shuffle to the baseball fields, I am in a daze. I'm not on Earth. I'm swimming through the clouds.
