The teens all surround their Sensei's as they were up next against the Redentores. It was announced that they had less than five minutes until their elimination round was going to start.
"So we need to win this one to stay in the tournament. We know it's hard with Silver here, but we are not fighting his team now." Daniel looks around at the teens that included Devon
"We've heard this garbage going around about loyalty. Almost all of us trained somewhere else at some point. What matters is where our asses are now." Johnny states looking around at the teens who all had a different start but were now here "We're Miyagi-Do. Got it?"
"Come on, y'all. Let's go!" Miguel claps his hands trying to rile everyone up
With everyone walking off towards the center of the mat Cherish grabs Miguel's hand before he can walk further onto the mat, "My love"
"Bambina," Miguel smiles down at her. Cherish doesn't say anything just looks up at him worried making Miguel squeeze her hand, "I'm okay. I got this"
"I know you do. I just want you to know that I believe you got this," Cherish says and raises her hand
Miguel stares at her raised hand confused, "High five?"
"I can't kiss you good luck" Cherish shrugs considering they weren't about to make it officially known that they were together just before a match
Miguel lets his hand meet hers and lets it linger saying, "Are your hands kissing?"
Cherish can't help but laugh and playfully push him away, "just go"
Both dojos standing in place makes the referee look around making sure everyone - not just the teens but the announcers - was ready. Miguel was up first against the brazilian dojo that wore blue gi's with their logo on the back. The referee looks at both fighters in position and calls out, "Fight!"
Miguel strikes first but his opponent blocks his punches. The Redentores member fighting turns to do a cartwheel kick making Miguel block and grab his opponent to knee him in the chest. The boy in the blue gi grabs Miguel by the waste and block and elbow to the face. Both boys stagger back after blocking each others kicks making Miguel turn to see that Robby was behind him
